Matt Caban • The Madill Record A MEMBER of the Madill Lady Wildcats fast pitch team hits a pitch down the third base line during the first inning of a game against the Bennington Lady Bears on August 16. The teams played as part of the Calera Tournament.

Matt Caban • The Madill Record THE Madill High School football team goes through practice on August 19 at their practice field. The team is set to debut in a scrimmage at Durant High School on Friday, August 23. The Madill freshmen will start things off at 6 p.m. with the varsity squad facing their hosts afterwards.

Courtesty Photo Stewart McCuan of Kingston, Oklahoma recently represented team USAin softball in Italy.  The team was comprised of 12 players from the US selected by college coaches.  Stewart is a recent graduate of Kingston High School and was one of only two players that was selected straight out of high school.
