According to his mother, Amber Elrod, Denver was referred to being a warrior multiple times throughout the few hours she was present at the event. She shared on Facebook just how proud she is of him.
“He is so full of joy! So pumped! - and it’s not the award it’s the clowning - he is the cutest thing ever,” she posted on Faceook. “If I could bottle up the enthusiasm he was dishing out on the ride home I don’t know if I would save it or sell it. - sweet thing.”
