Sex Crime: Daniel Ulmet, a 33-year-old male from Norma was arrested on March 23 for eight charges for Soliciting Sexual Conduct w/Minor with the Use of a Computer, Child Stealing, and Attempted Child Stealing. No priors were found in an online search. However, he is also facing charges for Possession of Juvenile Porn, Aggravate Possession of Child Porn, and Harboring a Runaway Child.

Shoot to Kill: Russell Neasbitt, a 57-year-old male from Madill was transported to the Marshall County Jail for a Shooting with the Intent to Kill conviction from 2012. The conviction was subsequently dropped due to the McGirt v. Oklahoma ruling. Other priors for Neasbitt were found online for DUI, Driving Under Suspension, Transporting an Open Container, and No Driver’s License.

Possession: Shelby Gable, a 28-year-old female from Madill was arrested on March 23 for Failure to Pay on Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia convictions. No other priors were found in an online search.

Multiple individuals were arrested on March 25 for various charges of Possession.

Terry Brooks, a 32-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested for Conspiracy to Traffic CDS – Methamphetamines, and Unlawful Use of a Communication Facility During the Commission of a Felony. An online search found multiple priors for Feloniously Discharging a Firearm into a Dwelling, Robbery, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of a Firearm After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, Possession of a Stolen Credit Card, Concealing Stolen Property, Obstruction, Assault and Battery and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor.

Tracy Brown, a 49-year-old male from Wapanucka was arrested for Conspiracy to Traffic CDS – Methamphetamines, and Unlawful Use of a Communication Facility During the Commission of a Felony. Multiple priors for Possession of a Firearm while on DOC Supervision, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS within 1,000 feet of a School, Possession of a Firearm After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, DUI, Possession of CDS Second and Subsequent, Conspiracy to Traffic CDS, and Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute.

Ronald Gillihan, a 54-year-old male from Davis was arrested for Conspiracy to Traffic CDS – Methamphetamines, and Unlawful Use of a Communication Facility During the Commission of a Felony. His priors show online as Bringing Contraband into a Jail, Possession of a Firearm After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, Operating a Police Scanner while in the Commission of a Crime, Driving Under Suspension and multiple convictions for Possession of CDS.

David Johnson, a 35-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Conspiracy to Traffic CDS – Methamphetamines, Unlawful Use of a Communication Facility During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Maintaining a Dwelling for the Distribution of CDS, and Trafficking. He is also facing charges for Trafficking.

Lee Parker, a 48-year-old female from Durant was arrested for Endeavoring to Traffic CDS, and Unlawful Use of a Communication Facility During the Commission of a Felony. An online search found priors for Grand Larceny, Obtaining Cash/Merchandise by Bogus Means, and Larceny from the House.

Bobby Sharrock, a 59-year-old male from Tishomingo was arrested for Conspiracy to Traffic CDS and Unlawful Use of a Communication Facility During the Commission of a Felony. His priors show online as Bail Jumping, Possession of CDS, Transporting an Open Container and DUI.
