Sex Crime: Daniel Ulmet, a 33-year-old male from Norma was arrested on March 23 for eight charges for Soliciting Sexual Conduct w/Minor with the Use of a Computer, Child Stealing, and Attempted Child Stealing. Shoot to Kill: Russell Neasbitt, a 57-year-old male from Madill was transported to the Marshall County Jail for a Shooting with the Intent to Kill conviction from 2012.
