• Hope (Smith) Rowe, a 21-year-old female from Oklahoma City was arrested for Petit Larceny, Credit Card Fraud and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. After her arrest, charges for Possession of CDS — Marijuana — Without a Prescription, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.
• Nathan Smith, a 27-yearold male from Wichita, Kan. Was arrested for Petit Larceny, Credit Card Fraud and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. Charges for Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia were added after booking. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.
• Febrena Welch, a 40-yearold female from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Appear on a Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer and an Application to Accelerate on a Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Besides the priors listed, an online search found priors for Conspiracy to Commit Possession of Stolen Property, Concealing Stolen Property, Harboring a Fugitive, Endeavoring to Manufacture CDS, and Aggravated DUI.
Brandon Pettie, a 30-yearold male from Thackerville was arrested on December 17 for Failure to Appear on Larceny of Merchandise, Obtaining Cash/Merchandise by False Pretenses, and Trespassing charges. An online search found one Oklahoma prior for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Possession: Travis Romo, a 28-year-old from Madill was arrested on December 8 for Possession of CDS Marijuana, Possession ofDrug Paraphernalia, Transporting an Open Container— Beer, and DUI. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.
Julian Uribe, a 23-year-old male from Durant was also arrested on December 8 for Possession of CDS. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery Causing Great Bodily Injury, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation. He is also currently facing charges for Endangering Others while Eluding/Attempting to Elude an Executive Officer, DUI, No Driver’s License, No Insurance, Carrying a Firearm while Under the Influence, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication.
Jason Duncan, a 39-yearold male from Guthrie was arrested on December 13 for Possession of/Concealing Stolen Property and Driving Under Suspension. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.
Driving: Jeremy Hester, a 31-year-old male from Madill was arrested on December 7 for DUI. An online search found a prior for Public Intoxication. The records also show Hester is facing charges for two counts of Second-Degree Burglary.
Anthony Roland, a 44-yearold male from Durant was arrested on December 11 for Failure to Pay on a DUI conviction. Ronnie Ward, a 49-year-old male from Gainesville, Texas was also arrested on December 11 for Failure to Appear on DUI, No Driver’s License, and Transporting an Open Container — Beer charges. An online search found a prior in Oklahoma for Lending License to Another.
Rachel Gallardo, a 32-yearold female from Kingston was arrested on December 13 for DUI, Transporting an Open Container — Beer, and Driving Under Suspension. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.
