Burglary/Unauthorized Use: Ahmy Dye, a 58-yearold female from Kingston was arrested on July 6 for Third-Degree Burglary, two charges for Trespassing and one DUI. An online search found no priors for Oklahoma.

Ryan Hagood, a 28-year-old male from Lebanon was arrested on Juley 10 for Failure to Appear and Answer to an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle charge. An online search found multiple priors for Grand Larceny, Possession of CDS, Distribution of CDS, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Possession of an Incomplete Card, Obtaining Money by Bogus Means, and six convictions for Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card.

Dock Shoemaker, a 55-yearold from Madill was also arrested on July 10 for Failure to Pay on an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle conviction from 1997. Multiple Oklahoma priors were found in an online search. They are for Sexual Battery After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery Second and Subsequent, Failure to Comply as a Sex Offender, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Assault and Battery, Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence, DUI, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, First-Degree Arson, First-Degree Murder, Feloniously Pointing a Firearm, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Resisting an Officer, No Driver’s License, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and Escape from Detention.

Dillion Day, a 21-year-old male from Oakland was arrested on July 11 for First-Degree Burglary, Possession of CDS, and Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony. An online search came up empty for Oklahoma priors. However, Day is also facing charges for Second-Degree Burglary, Possession of CDS, Carrying a Firearm While Under the Influence, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Kidnapping and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor.

Assault: Kevin Easley, a 37-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on July 7 for Failure to Appear and Answer to two charges for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery. An online search for Oklahoma priors found some for Larceny from a House, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Obtaining Merchandise by a Bogus Check, Public Intoxication, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Malicious Injury to Property.

Dawn Foster, a 39-year-old female from Okmulgee was arrested on July 8 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Malicious Injury to Property. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Camron Cobb, a 23-year-old male from Durant was arrested for Failure to Pay on an Assault on a Police Officer and Escaping Detention convictions. Multiple priors were found in an online search. They are listed as Larceny of an Auto, Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Possession of a Firearm After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, and Third-Degree Burglary. Cobb is also facing charges for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.

Possession: James Ashley, a 54-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on July 7 for Possession of CDS. His priors show online as Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Under Suspension, Transporting an Open Container, No Driver’s License, Bringing Contraband into a Penal Institution, Public Intoxication and multiple charges for Possession of CDS.

David Wilkins, a 36-yearold male from Mannsville was arrested on July 7 for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS conviction. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Possession of CDS, Second-Degree Burglary, Obstructing an Officer, False Reporting and Embezzlement in an online search.

Richard Gable, a 51-yearold male from Madill was arrested on July 8 for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Bogus Check, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Intimidation of a States Witness, Trespassing, and five counvictions for Public Intoxication.

Kenneth Reese, a 37-yearold male from Durant was arrested on July 9 for Possession of a Firearm After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, and No Driver’s License. According to an online search, Reese has multiple priors for Oklahoma for Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of CDS, DUI, Obstructing an Officer, Attempting to Escape, Uttering a Forged Instrument, Possession of CDS After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, Larceny of an Auto, Grand Larceny, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon AFCF, and Larceny of Merchandise. He is also facing two charges for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Assault and Battery, Eluding/Attempting to Elude Police, Possession of CDS and Obstruction.

Casey Wallace, a 32-yearold male from Calera was also arrested on July 9 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, and Possession of a Firearm After the Formal Conviction of a Felony charges. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Second-Degree Burglary, Falsely Impersonating Another to Create Liability, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle AFCF, Possession of CDS AFCF, Concealing Stolen Property AFCF, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Obstructing an Officer, Public Intoxication, and Uttering a Forged Instrument AFCF.

Driving: Terry Nuckolls, a 39-year-old male from Okmulgee was arrested on July 7 for Driving Under Suspension. Multiple priors were found in an online search. Those Oklahoma priors are listed as Possession of CDS, Escape from Detention, and multiple convictions for Driving Under the Influence.

Heather Pappan, a 48-year old female from Kingston was also arrested on July 7 for Speeding and Failure to Pay on an Accumulation of Trash ticket. No other Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Frankie Wheeler, a 51-yearold male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin his fourday sentence for a DUS conviction. His priors for Oklahoma show as Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication, DUS, DUI, Resisting an Officer, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Unlawful Use of a Police Radio, Shooting with the Intent to Injure, and DUI.

Ryan Cailouette, a 25-yearold male from Sherman, Texas was arrested on July 10 for Driving Under Suspension. No Oklahoma or Grayson County priors were found in an online search.

Christopher Maxey, a 44-year-old male from Madill was arrested on July 11 for DUI. His priors show online as Possession of CDS, and multiple convictions for DUI.

Miscellaneous: Dennis Fowler, a 38-year-old male from Kingston was brought to the Marshall County Jail for an Emergency Order of Detention. An online search only found tickets.
