Two Texoma men arrested

Two Texoma men, Jason Warren and Kenneth Donihoo were both arrested during an online solicitation sting operation. Between March 22 and March 24, 2022, the Collin County Sheriff’s Office in Texas conducted “Operation Home Alone.” According to the press release it was an “undercover operation” that “targeted suspects who utilize the internet to prey on adolescent children.”  

The Collin County Sheriff’s Investigators, in conjunction with agents from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Attorney General’s Office, Ellis County Sheriff’s Office, Mount Pleasant Police Department, and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation made 15 arrests during the operation. Eleven individuals were charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor, four were charged with Prostitution of a Person Under 18, one was charged with Sexual Performance of a Child, and one was charged with Possession of Child Pornography.

Warren, a 45-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Online Solicitation of a Minor. Warren is currently on the Sex Offender Registration due to being convicted of Sexual Assault in 1996. An online search found other priors for Petit Larceny, Second-Degree Burglary, Escape, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Endeavoring to Manufacture CDS, Child Endangerment, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, DUI, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Donihoo, a 33-year-old male from Sherman, Texas was arrested for Online Solicitation of a Minor. An online search found priors for Hunting out of Season, Hunting without a Permit, Minor in Possession, and Speeding.
