The famous TFD Auxiliary Mexican Pile-On will occur on June 3, 2023, 4:30 p.m. till 7 p.m. The menu will consist of chips, meat, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, picante sauce, jalapeños, homemade desserts, ice tea and water. $8 donation for adults and $4 for 10 and under.
The TFD Auxiliary met on May 15, 2023 with 15 members in attendance with all saying the Pledge Of Allegiance. A Thank you card was received from the Boyd Steele Family for food donations.
It was reported that Long time member, Carolyn Estelle Wullenwaber passed away April 18, 2023.
The door prize was won by Sandy Bumgarner. Sheila Sikes stated that the residential membership fee will increase from $35. to $50, annually.
Becca Price reported that there were 11 first responder calls and six fires last month PricehasaMaybirthday,and she chose a gift and everybody sang happy birthday.

The TFD Auxiliary meets the 3rd Monday at 1:30 p.m. with a social gathering preceding the meeting at 1 p.m. The next meeting will occur on June 19, 2023.
The Texoma Fire District Board of Directors meets the first Thursday of the Month at the Training/Community Center located at 10978 Parkview at 6:30 p.m.
The next meeting will be June 1, 2023. All are welcome to attend.
The Exercise/Stretching classes are on Monday and Wednesday at 10 a.m. Cards/ Games are on the second and fourth Tuesday at 12:40 p.m. Auxiliary members are welcome to join in the fun.
For anybody interested in renting the Texoma Community Building, Contact Gayla Freeman at 580-565-4043. She will get right back with you. The cost is $75 per day and they must be a member of the Texoma Fire District to rent the building.
The Lighthouse Methodist Church located at 4923 Alberta Creek Road provides an evening meal from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Lighthouse Kids Program for grade school children consisting of Bible stories, crafts and games is held each Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. prior to the meal.
Vacation Bible School will occur at Kingston Methodist Church, 100 N Willis Street on June 12-16, 2023 from 9 a.m. - noon. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
The ages are Pre K-fifth grade. Children will need to be preregistered by calling (580) 564-3051, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to noon.
