POLICE BLOTTER: Breaking and Entering, Theft among crimes reported

Breaking and Entering: Benjamin Grimaldo, a 26-yearold male from Madill was arrested on October 17 for a probation violation. In March 2018, Grimaldo pled guilty to Breaking and Entering. An online search showed no other Oklahoma priors for the Grimaldo.

Theft/Forgery: Ryan Hagood, a 27-year-old male from Lebanon was arrested on October 15 for Unauthorized Use of a Mother Vehicle. An online search showed Hagood has multiple priors. He has a Felony Possession of a Firearm After a Formal Conviction of a Felony in Marshall County. In Carter County, Hagood has a felony prior of Grand Larceny. The suspect also has a felony of Distribution of CDS/ Possession with the Intent to Distribute, and Distribution of CDS in Love County with two counts of misdemeanor Possession.

Lindsay Price, a 38-year-old female from Grove was arrested on October 18 on warrants from Love County for Second Degree Forgery and two counts of Uttering a Forged Instrument. An online search shows Price has two misdemeanor priors for Possession and Public Intoxication.

On October 19, three suspects were arrested for various theft charges.

Alyssa Ragle, a 25-yearold female from Duncan was arrested for Petit Larceny, Trespassing, False Impersonation, Possession of CDS, and a Motion to Revoke on a Possession of CDS. An online search showed Ragle has misdemeanor priors for Breaking and Entering, Domestic Assault/ Assault and Battery, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and four counts of Possession of CDS.

Melvin Tefatiller, a 49-yearold male from Durant was arrested for Petit Larceny, Attempting to Elude Officers, and Possession of CDS. An online search showed the suspect has a misdemeanor in Marshall County for Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery, and Feloniously Carrying a Firearm in Bryan County.

Brian King, a 42-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, and Failure to Appear for a No Drivers License, No Insurance and No Registration tickets. King showed no other Oklahoma priors.

Possession: On October 17, Logan Northcott, a 20-yearold male from Mead was arrested for Failure to Appear to a Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute conviction. Court records show Northcott pled guilty in May, but failed to appear to his sentencing hearing. No other Oklahoma priors were found.

The following people were arrested on October 19 for Possession.

Brittany Dollar, a 34-yearold from Tishomingo was arrested for Failure to Appear and Pay on a felony conviction of Endeavoring to Manufacture Methamphetamine. An online search showed Dollar has a misdemeanor conviction of Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery from Marshall County and Obstructing an Officer in Johnston County.

Barbara Riley, a 49-yearold female from Oklahoma City was arrested for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Riley had no Oklahoma priors show up during an online search.

Rocky Robins, a 18-year-old male from Kingston as arrested on October 21 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Improper Plate. He was also arrested for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges. Robinson shows no Oklahoma priors.

Driving: Kenneth Harris, a 55-year-old male from Duncan was arrested on October 14 for Driving Under Suspension, Possession of CDS and Improper Plate. An online search showed Harris has priors in Jefferson County for Concealing Stolen Property, which is a felony. He also has prior misdemeanors for Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Batter, Obtaining Cash of Merchandise with a Bogus and a DUS.

Korey Marx, a 28-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for a Motion to Revoke from a Failure to Pay on a DUI. An online search showed Marx has misdemeanors from Marshall County for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. It also showed a felony conviction of First Degree Arson from Bryan County.

Tiffany Broadhead, a 26-year-old female from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail on October 18 to begin her five day sentence for DUI –  Alcohol. Broadhead was sentenced to one year, with all but five days suspended. An online search showed Broadhead has a prior misdemeanor in Marshall County for Possession of CDS.

The following four people were arrested for Driving infractions on October 19.

Tamera Brown, a 23-yearold female from Durant was arrested for Failure to Appear and answer to a Speeding, Failure to Use a Child Restraint, No Insurance, Possession of Synthetic Urine and No Registration tickets. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

Luis DeLeon, a 39-year-old from Corpus Christie, Texas was arrested for Failure to Pay on a Deposit of Lighted Substance on the Roadway, and Speeding 75 in a 65. An online search pulled up no other Oklahoma priors.

Justin Foster, a 37-year-old male from Slidell, Louisiana was arrested for No Drivers License and Improper Plate. An online search was negative for priors.

Jeffrey Ice, a 42-year-old male from Tishomingo was arrested for Driving Left of Center, No Drivers License in Possession, No Drivers License and a Failure to Pay warrant for a Driving Under Suspension conviction. An online search found a felony conviction from Bryan County for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery Second and Subsequent.

Miscellaneous: Grady Widener, a 35-year-old male from Mead was arrested on October 18 for Failure to Appear to a Divorce/Child Support hearing. An online search found priors out of Bryan County – a felony Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and Domestic Abuse, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. It also showed misdemeanors of DUI –  Alcohol, Possession of Marijuana, and Violation of a Protective Order.
