Theft/Concealing Stolen Goods: Kieran Willingham, a 26-year-old male from Durant was arrested on June 1 Petit Larceny and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search came back negative for any Oklahoma prior convictions.

Brenden Griffith, a 29-yearold male from Madill was booked into the Marshall Count Jail on June 3 to begin his seven-year sentence for two convictions of Larceny of an Automobile from 2015. An online search for Oklahoma priors found Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Second-Degree Burglary, Grand Larceny, and Concealing Stolen Property.

Randall Pettie, a 52-yearold male from Kingston was also arrested on June 3 for Petit Larceny and Violation of a Protective Order. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.

Joshua Kale, a 19-year-old male from Madill was arrested on June 5 for Failure to Appear on a Receiving/Possessing/ Concealing a Stolen Vehicle. He is also facing charges for DUI, and No Driver’s License. An online search showed an Oklahoma prior for Possession of CDS.

April Stanley, a 33-year-old female from Durant was also arrested on June 5 for Receiving/Possessing/Concealing Stolen Property, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Transporting a Loaded Firearm. She does not have any Oklahoma priors, according to an online search, but she is also facing charges for Concealing Stolen Property and Uttering a Forged Instrument.

Possession: Koltyn Armstrong, a 25-year-old male from Anna, Texas was arrested on June 1 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and No Driver’s License. An online search showed Oklahoma priors for Reckless Driving and Attempting to Elude an Executive Officer.

Brycee Howard, a 21-yearold female from Vici was arrested on June 4 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Child Endangerment. Three Oklahoma priors were found in an online search; Bringing Contraband into a Jail, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Trafficking in Illegal Drugs.

Tyler Tutor, a 24-year-old from Canadian, Texas was also arrested on June 4 for Possession of CDS, Child Endangerment, No Driver’s License, No Insurance and No Registration. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Place for Keeping/Selling CDS.

Cassie Craig, a 24-year-old female from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin her 45-day sentence for a Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia conviction. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Isaac Simpson, an 18-yearold male from Madill was arrested on June 6 for Possession of CDS. An online search came up negative for any Oklahoma priors.

Jennifer Lee, a 27-yearold female from Durant was arrested on June 7 for two charges of Possession of CDS, one charge each of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Trespassing and Malicious Injury to Property. An online search found multiple Oklahoma convictions. They are listed ad Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, DUI, Possession of CDS, and Resisting an Officer. She is also facing charges for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Driving: Jesus Ocun-Sanchez, a 35-year-old male from Sherman, Texas was arrested on June 1 for No Driver’s License and Failure to Keep Right. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search. Kristi Miller, a 41-year-old female from Madill was arrested on June 2 for Driving Under Suspension. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Frankie Wheeler, a 51-yearold male from Kingston was also arrested on June 2 for Driving Under Suspension. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication and DUS.

Miguel Montanez, a 52-yearold male from Little Elm, Texas was arrested on June 3 for No Driver’s License and Speeding. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search. Rios Valenciana, a 55-year

Daniel Smith, a 30-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on June 5 for Aggravated DUI. An online search found an Oklahoma prior for Second Degree Burglary. Jorge Barriento, a 39-yearold male from Madill was arrested on June 7 for DUI, and Transporting an Open Container. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search. Randi Rud, a 27-year-old female from Kingston was also arrested on June 7 for DUI and Transporting an Open Container. An Oklahoma prior for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer was found in an online search.

William Ragle, a 40-yearold male from Durant was arrested on June 1 for Trespassing, and Failure to Appear on a DUI, and DUS charge. An online search found multiple Oklahoma convictions. They are listed as Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, two convictions for Falsely Impersonating Another to Create Liability, Possession of CDS AFCF, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Domestic Assault, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Public Intoxication and Obstructing an Officer.

Tonya Jamison, a 52-yearold female from Madill was arrested on June 6 for Public Intoxication. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Camry Strickland, a 19-year-old female from Madill was also arrested on June 6 for Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

William Garrity, a 46-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on June 7 for Public Intoxication, Trespassing, Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence, Resisting an Executive Officer, Eluding Police, and Disturbing the Peace. An online search found multiple convictions for Oklahoma. They are listed as DUI, DUI Second and Subsequent, False Declaration of Ownership at a Pawn Shop, Second-Degree Burglary, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, Grand Larceny, Concealing Stolen Property, and Possession of CDS.
