Escape: Jason Thomas, a 35-year-old male from Kingston, was arrested on August 12 for Escaping/Attempting to Escape, and Disturbing the Peace. He was also hemmed up for Failure to Appear and Pay for charges of Taking a Stolen Credit Card/Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and Possession of a Controlled and Dangerous Substance. An online search shows Thomas has multiple misdemeanors for Possession of Paraphernalia, and Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence.

Assault: On August 13, Brandon Stewart, a 24-yearold male from Madill was arrested on a Failure to Comply to an active Protective Order. The order stems from a Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery from May 2018. An only records search shows Stewart has two misdemeanors in Johnston County; one for Public Intoxication, and one for Public Intoxication — Drugs.

Shawn French a 31-year-old male from Madill, was arrested on August 15 to begin his six month sentence fo pleading guilty to a Misdemeanor Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery charge. French is also facing a charge of Violating a Protective Order.

On August 18, Kingston Police Officers arrested Shelli Benton, a 47-year-old female from Madill for Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery. Burton’s record shows one felony Driving Under the Influence, three counts of misdemeanor DUI —with one of those being aggravated and one Transporting an Open Container charge.

Burglary: on August 12, Madill Officers arrested Nickie Neese, a 40-year-old female from Madill on on First Degree Burglary Charge, two Second Degree Burglary charges, Possession of a CDS, and a PI. An online search shows no priors in the state of Oklahoma.

Leah Oxley, a 35-year-old female from Stratford was arrested by Kingston Officers on August 17 for Second Degree Burglary, and a PI. Online records show Oxley has one misdemeanor DUI from Murray County.

Possession: Harold Mabes, an 18-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia, PI, and a Failure to Pay a No Seatbelt ticket on August

16. An online records search found no priors in Oklahoma for Mabes.

Also on August 16, Coty Howe, a 27-year-old from Madill begin his weekend sentence for pleading guilty to a misdemeanor Possession conviction. An online records search show Howe has multipole felonies, two for Larceny from a House, and two Possession of CDS — Meth, along with multiple misdemeanors. The suspect also has priors in Bryan County for Larceny, Possession of CDS, Possession of a Stolen Credit Card, and various other crimes.

On August 17, the following suspects were arrested for Possession:

• Kenzie Crowley, a 23-yearold female from Tishomingo for a Motion to Revoke on a Possession of CDS. Crowley also shows a felony Possession of Contraband in a Jail/ Penal Institution, and multiple misdemeanors for Possession and PI.

• Kingston officers arrested Jason Dane, a 38-year-old from Ardmore for Possession of CDS, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Speeding. An online search showed no priors in Oklahoma.

• Melissa Poston, a 34-yearold female from Bokchito was arrested for Possession of CDS. No priors for Oklahoma were found during an online search.

• Kingston officers arrested Alexander Ruiz, a 21-year-old male from Madill for Failure to Pay on his Possession CDS and Possession of Paraphernalia convictions from 2016.

• Sharon Smith, a 41-yearold female from Gene Autry was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of Paraphernalia. She also had a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear to answer to Obtaining Money by False Pretenses charge. Smith also has a few convictions out of Carter County; felony Possession of CDS — Methamphetamine, and multiple misdemeanors for Possession, DUI, and Larceny/ Petit Larceny.

Luquita Moore, a 23-yearold female form Ardmore was arrested on August 18 for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Paraphernalia. An online records search showed Moore has three misdemeanors one for Possession of CDS — Meth, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Larceny.

Wyatt Wright, a 23-year-old male from Kenefic was also arrested on August 18 for Failure to Appear and answer to a Possession of CDS Meth charge. Wright also has multiple traffic violations.

Driving Infractions: On August 12, April McNeil, a 44-year-old female from Lebanon was arrested for Failure to Appear on a DUI, No Drivers License, and Transporting an Open Container charge from 2017. McNeil has a prior Driving Under Suspension.

Cody Burton, a 20-year-old from Ardmore was arrested on August 14 for Failure to Appear on a Speeding ticket. He has one prior ticket from Marshall County for No Seatbelt.

Alberto Lupercio, a 53-yearold man from Sherman, Texas was arrested for Speeding in a School Zone, No Insurance and No Drivers License. An online records search for Oklahoma turned up empty,

On August 16, Kingston Officers arrested Rudy Anguiano, a 46-year-old male from Oakland for Failure to Appear on a DWI charge through Marshall County and a Failure to Appear on a Speeding, No Insurance and Transporting an Open Container from Kingston.

On August 16, Marshall County Deputies arrested Timothy Debord, a 44-year-old male from Ardmore for Failure to Appear on a Driving Under Suspension charge, and No License Plate Lamp An online search shows Debord has priors in Carter County; two counts of Second Degree Burglary, one count of Concealing Stolen Property and various misdemeanors.

On August 17, the following suspects were arrested for various driving infractions:

• Rodney Crowley, a 51-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Driving Under Suspension. Crowley has one ticket for No Seatbelt from Johnston County.

• Joseph Osborn, a 44-yearold male from Kingston was also arrested for Failure to Appear on three counts of DUS, one count each of No Insurance and Possession of Paraphernalia from Kingston and Failure to Pay on a Marshall County Possession of CDS and Paraphernalia. An online search showed Osborn has a felonious Possession of CDS and misdemeanor Possession of Paraphernalia from Canadian County, and a few misdemeanors from Cleveland County.

• Jovenal Martinez, a 47-year-old male from Madill was arrested for a DUI No Drivers License, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. An online search showed no priors for Martinez in Oklahoma.

Miscellaneous: On August 12, Aaron Kastner, a 34-yearold male from Kingston was arrested for Trespassing. An online records search shows Kastner has a felonious Domestic Abuse/Prior Pattern to Physical Abuse, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony. Kastner also has misdemeanors Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and Possession convictions.

Reanna Tulley, a 43-yearold female from Gordonville, Texas was arrested on August 13 for Probation Violation on a Possession of CDS — Meth conviction.

Cameron Lindsey, a 25-year-old male from Madill was arrested on August 13 on a Motion to Revoke his bond on the Obstructing an Officer and Intimidating a Witness charge. Lindsey also has multiple felonies in various counties These felonies include: Possession of CDS — Marijuana, Possession of CDS, Bringing Contraband into a Jail/Penal Institution, First Degree Burglary, Unlawful Possession of a Police Radio, Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Aggravated Assault and Battery, Possession with an Intent to Distribute within 1000 feet of a school.

On August 15, Eric Northcott, a 47-year-old male with no address, was arrested for a Failure to Pay on a Trespassing conviction from 2012. An online search shows Northcott has a felony Embezzlement and Concealing Embezzled Property convictions from Hughes County, and felonious Possession of Ephedrine with the Intent to Manufacture from Bryan County.
