Assault: Paul Flores, a 33-year-old male from Antlers was booked into the Marshall County Jail on May 5to begin his sentence for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation and two convictions for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.

Janie Doshier, a 30-yearold female from Kingston was arrested on May 16 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search, but she is also facing charges for Child Abuse, Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Batter in the Presence of a Minor, Resisting an Officer, Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Darrell Cox, a 42-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on May 10 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery and Public Intoxication. On online search found a prior for Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery.

Jeremy Hester, a 32-yearold male from Madill was arrested on May 17 for Aggravated Assault and Battery. An online search showed priors for Possession of CDS, Public Intoxication, and two convictions for Second-Degree Burglary. He is also facing charges for DWI, Uttering a Forged Instrument, and Concealing Stolen Property.

Theft/Burglary: Taylor William, a 46-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on May 5 for two counts of Larceny of an Automobile, Concealing Stolen Property, Conspiracy to Traffic a CDS, and Unlawful Use of Communications during the Commission of a Felony. An online search found multiple priors for Concealing Stolen Property, First-Degree Burglary, Possession of a Firearm After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, Possession of Forged Notes, Obtaining Merchandise by Bogus Check, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, and Disrupting an Emergency Call. He is also facing charges for Uttering a Forged Instrument, Concealing Stolen Property and Larceny of an Automobile.

Rachelle Rains, a 40-year-old female from Durant was arrested on May 6 for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer and Trespassing. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS, Harboring a Fugitive, False Declaration of Ownership at a Pawn Shop, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, and three convictions for Neglect to Compel Child to Attend School.

Catherine Reynolds, a 20-year-old female from Durant was also arrested on May 6 for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer and Trespassing. She was arrested again on May 12 for another Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer charge. Records show she has a prior for Second-Degree Burglary and Escape/Attempted Escape from Detention.

Koby Tadlock, a 22-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on May 12 for Grand Larceny.

Landon Clemens, a 29-year-old male from Madill was arrested on May 13 for Failure to Pay on an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle conviction and Possession of CDS. Besides the UUMV, other convictions were found in an online search. They were for Aggravated Assault and Battery, DUI, Entering a Dwelling with the Intent to Commit Larceny, Trespassing, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Eluding, Bringing Contraband into a Jail, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Danny Posey, a 39-year-old male from Tulsa was arrested on May 16 for Failure to Pay on a Larceny of an Automobile conviction. Other convictions were found in an online search for Grand Larceny, Placing Bodily Fluids on an Officer, Obstruction, two convictions for False Declaration of Ownership at a Pawn Shop and two convictions for Second-Degree Burglary.

Shane Howell, a 47-year-old male from Oklahoma City was arrested on May 17 for Failure to Pay on a Second-Degree Burglary conviction in Marshall County and a Failure to Appear and Answer to a Second-Degree Burglary charge in Custer County. He was also arrested for Larceny of an Automobile, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and False Declaration of Ownership at a Pawn Shop. He has other priors for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Possession: Jeffery Fraze, a 56-year-old male was brought to the Marshall County Jail on May 5 to finish his 10-year sentence for two convictions of Trafficking CDS, one conviction each of Conspiracy to Distribute CDS, Distribution of CDS and Bringing Contraband into a Jail.

Dakota Duncan, a 20-year-old male from Madill was arrested on May 7 for Possession of CDS, Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle while Under the Influence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Transporting an Open Container. He has no priors, but he is also facing charges for Possession of Marijuana without a Prescription and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Aca Murphy, a 31-year-old male from Durant was arrested on May 12 for Possession of CDS without a Prescription. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is also facing charges for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery and Resisting an Officer.

Tristan Sexton, a 25-year-old male from Calera was sentence to five years on May 12 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Falsely Impersonating Another to Create Liability. His other priors show online as Minor in Possession, Public Intoxication, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Uttering a Forged Instrument After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, DUI, Assault and Battery, Petit Larceny, and multiple convictions for Possession of CDS.

Gregory Reese, a 28-year old male from Kingston was arrested on May 15 for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS conviction. Other priors for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia were found in an online search.

Justin Socia, a 25-year-old male from Madill was also arrested on May 12 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication charges.

Driving: David Story, a 27-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on May 5 for DUI and Carrying a Firearm while Under the Influence. No priors were found in an online search.

Joey Fulton, a 50-year-old male from Muenster, Texas was arrested on May 6 for DUI and Carrying a Firearm while Under the Influence. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Hugo Villar, a 19-year-old male from Durant was arrested on May 8 for No Drivers License. An online search came up empty for Oklahoma priors.

Jess Brown, a 50-year-old male from Oklahoma was transferred to the Marshall County Jail on May 11 to serve a 10-year sentence for four DUI convictions. No other priors were found in an online search.

Latisha Waller, a 36-year-old female from Moor was arrested on May 11 for DUI, Possession of CDS without a Prescription and Driving Under Suspension. Priors for DUI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia were found in an online search.

Justin Socia, a male from Durant was arrested on May 12 for DUI. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Kaleigh Walker, a female from Caney was arrested on May 14 for DUI. An online search for Oklahoma priors came up empty.

Miscellaneous: Kaci Fox, a 30-year-old female from Coalgate was arrested on May 7 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Falsely Impersonating Another to Create a Liability and Bringing Contraband into a Jail charge A prior for Grand Larceny was found in an online search. She is also facing charges for Obtaining Money by False Pretenses, Obstruction, and Assault and Battery.

Patrick Smith, a 47-year-old male from Madill was arrested on May 8 for three city warrants. An online search found a prior for Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence.

Riley Vivier, a 32-year-old male from Ada was arrested on May 10 for Trespassing. An online search found priors for Breaking and Entering, Breach of Peace, Possession of CDS, Malicious Injury to Property, Possession of CDS, DUI, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Eluding, Obstruction, Public Intoxication, Attempting to Escape, and Resisting. He is also facing charges for Assault and Battery.

Tiffany Lotspeich, a 28-year-old female from Arlington, Texas was arrested on May 12 for Obstruction. The only Oklahoma priors found in an online search were traffic infractions.
