Robbery: Ricky James, a 22-year-old male from Madill was arrested on July 17 for Application to Accelerate on a Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon,AttemptedRobbery by Force of Fear and Altering Firearm Serial Number conviction. Other priors for Assault and Battery Upon a Detention Officer, Assault and Battery, Possession of Marijuana without a Valid Prescription, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Damage and Eluding/ Attempting to Elude. He is also facing charges for Concealing Stolen Property and Possession of Marijuana.
