Burglary/Stolen Property: Stephanie Stowe, a 33-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on August 17 for Failure to Pay on convictions for Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of CDS and DUI. An online search found no other Oklahoma priors.

Jessie James, a 31-year-old male from Madill was arrested on August 18 for Failure to Pay on a conviction for Petit Larceny. An online search found multiple priors for Public Intoxication, Attempted Theft of Anhydrous Ammonia, DUI, Endangering Others while Eluding, Escape from Detention, Possession of CDS, No Insurance, Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery and two convictions for Grand Larceny.

Tyler Peavler, a 27-year-old male from Checotah was also arrested on August 18 for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, No Insurance, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving an Unsafe Vehicle and DUS. No other priors were found in an online search, but he is also facing charges for Larceny of Merchandise from another county.

Three individuals were arrested on August 19 for various charges.

•Jon Dellenger, a 25-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Third-Degree Burglary, Possession of CDS, Public Intoxication, No Driver’s License and Leaving the Scene of an Accident Causing Damage. An online search found priors for Concealing Stolen Property, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Attempted Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Possession of CDS, Second-Degree Burglary, Petit Larceny, and two convictions for Third-Degree Burglary.

•Chelsey Gamboa, a 27-year-old female from Durant was arrested for Third-Degree Burglary, Possession of CDS and Public Intoxication. Her priors show as two convictions for Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, and two convictions for Possession of CDS. She is also facing charges for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, DUI, Failure to Keep Right, Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

•Myioshi Miller, a 41-year-old female from Desoto, Texas was arrested for Failure to Appear for three charges of Second-Degree Forgery. Her priors are listed as four convictions for Second-Degree Forgery, and two convictions for Uttering a Forged Instrument.

Darlene Oldenburg, a 51-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on August 20 for Concealing Stolen Property and Using a Computer to Defraud or Extort Money. An online search found no Oklahoma priors, but she is also facing charges for Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony (out of state), Larceny of Merchandise by a Retailer, and another charge for Concealing Stolen Property from two weeks ago.

Dallas Robinson, a 32-year-old male from Ardmore was also arrested on August 20 for Concealing Stolen Property and a Carter County warrant for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor. Multiple Oklahoma priors were found in an online search. They are listed as Second-Degree Robbery, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Public Intoxication, Escape from Detention, Obstruction, Uttering Counterfeit Money, Obtaining Merchandise by Bogus Check, Attempting to Utter Counterfeit Money, and Petit Larceny. He is also facing charges for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery and Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer.

Assault: Billy Pickens, a 40-year-old from Madill was arrested on August 22 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence, and bench warrants for No Insurance, Speeding and No Registration. An online search shows priors for DUI, Possession of CDS, DUS, Attempting to Elude, DUS, Transporting an Open Container – Beer, Failure to Protect a Child with the Use of a Car Seat, and Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute.

Possession: Tamera Lowe, a 19-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on August 17 for Failure to Appear and a Possession of CDS charge, Motion to Revoke on an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Motion to Revoke on a Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Eva Willis, a 41-year-old female from Madill was arrested on August 17 for Failure to Appear on a Possession of CDS charge. An online search only found a few traffic violations.

Christopher Alexander, a 55-year-old male from Madill was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 10-day sentence for Possession of CDS. An online search came up negative for any other priors.

Eric Slusser, a 51-year-old male from Durant was also arrested on August 20 for Trafficking CDS, Distribution of CDS, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony and Using a Firearm while Committing a Felony. An online search found multiple prior convictions for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery AFCF, Possession of CDS AFCF, Intimidation of a Witness AFCF, Stalking, First-Degree Burglary, Possession of CDS – Meth AFCF, Protection Order Violation, Manufacturing CDS AFCF, First-Degree Arson, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Assault and Battery, and two convictions for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Driving: Dustin ONeal, a 39-year-old male from Madill was arrested on August 17 for DUI, Public Intoxication, Endangering Others while Eluding/Attempting to Elude, and TOC – Beer. An online search found priors for Actual Physical Control while Under the Influence, Removing a License Plate, DUI, Carrying a Firearm While Under the Influence. He is also facing charges for two charges of Assault and Battery.

Joseph Osborn, a 45-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on August 18 for Eluding/Attempting to Elude After the Former Conviction of a Felony. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Three individuals were arrested on August 20 for various TS traffic violations.

•Jess Brown, a 50-year-old male from Madill was arrested for DUI, Resisting an Executive Officer and Failure to Appear on a DUI charge. An online search found prior convictions for DUI, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Stalking, DUS, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and three convictions for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. He is also facing charges for DUI.

•Andre Cole, a 21-year-old male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 45-day sentence for DUI. His priors show as Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

•Mary Townsend, a 40-year-old female from Gainesville, Texas was arrested for No Driver’s License and TOC. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Shelli Benton, a 49-year-old female from Madill was arrested on August 21 doe Actual Physical Control while Under the Influence, TOC and Parking on a Sidewalk. An online search found multiple APC convictions, a conviction for DUI, and two for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Victor Salazar, a 23-year-old male from Dallas was also arrested on August 21 for No Driver’s License and TOC. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Three individuals were arrested on August 22 for traffic violations.

•Melisa Graham, a 54-year-old female from Ravia was arrested for a DUI. An online search only found traffic violations.

•Dylan McCullough, a 19-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Pay on a Speeding ticket. An online search found a conviction for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery on a Pregnant Woman.

•Exavier Perry, a 23-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Failure to Appear to a Transporting an Open Container charge. Only a few traffic violations were found in an online search.

Jimmy Parker, a 46-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on August 23 for No Driver’s License and Public Intoxication. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Jan Peters, a 54-year-old female from Grand Prairie, Texas was arrested on August 23 for Aggravated DUI, and TOC. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Miscellaneous: James Eaton, a 45-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on August 20 for Malicious Injury to a Building. A prior conviction for DUI was found in an online search. He is also facing charges for DUI.
