Assault: Jerako Johns, a 23-year-old male from Madill was arrested on August 5 for Aggravated Assault and Battery, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Eluding a Police Officer and Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Assault and Battery and Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence.

Johnathan Smith, a 28-year-old male from Madill was arrested on August 7 for Failure to Appear and Pay on Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, and Disrupt/Prevent/ Interrupt an Emergency Phone Call convictions from 2012. Besides the two priors he was arrested for, Smith also has priors for Concealing Stolen Property, Transporting an Open Container–Beer, and Possession of a CDS.

Unauthorized Use: Darlene Oldenburg, a 51-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on August 4 for Concealing Stolen Property. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search, but she is also facing charges for Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer and Trespassing.

Brandy Pritchett, a 49-yearold female from Mesquite, Texas was also arrested on August 4 for a Tarrant County warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. No Oklahoma or Tarrant County priors were found in an online search.

Chelsea Callen, a 31-yearold female from Madill was arrested on August 5 for an Application to Accelerate and Failure to Pay on an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle convictions (same conviction). Her priors show as TOC–Beer.

Possession: Thomas Blankenship, a 25-year-old male from Durant was arrested on August 7 for Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Public Intoxication, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found priors for Distribution of CDS to a Minor, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication, and Possession of Marijuana without a Prescription.

Driving: Mark Uribe-Duran, a male with no known age or address was arrested on August 6 for No Driver’s License, and Improper License Plate. With the limited information on Duran, no priors were found.

Hunter Goodson, a 22-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on August 7 for Application to Accelerate on three convictions for DUI, TOC and No Seatbelt. Besides the former three convictions, his priors show online as Inattentive Driving Involving a Collision. He is also facing charges for TOC–Alcohol, and Public Intoxication.

Rogelio Ramirez, a 45-yearold male from Madill was arrested on August 7 for TOC–Beer. An online search found priors for Public Intoxication, Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence, TOC–Beer, and DWI.

Jesus Salazar, a 28-yearold male from McAllen, Texas was arrested on August 9 for No Driver’s License. No priors were found in an online search.

Miscellaneous: Traci Messar, a 32-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on August 4 for Failure to Appear for her sentencing to a Child Neglect conviction. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Jess Brown, a 40-year-old male from Madill was arrested on August 10 for Resisting an Executive Officer. An online search found prior convictions for DUI, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Stalking, DUS, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and three convictions for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. He is also facing charges for DUI.
