Multiple individuals were arrested in the past few weeks for Harboring a Fugitive and other charges. On April 23, 2022, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office received a tip about Courtney Biggs, a 34-year-old female from Kingston, who had an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear on an Uttering a Forged Instrument charge.
Officers arrived at the residence in question and was informed that Biggs, and her boyfriend, Eric Page, walked across the complex to another residence. Once arriving at the new residence, officers encountered Page. Officers began to question Page where Biggs was located, and he changed his stories a few times. Page initially told officers that he had not seen Biggs in a few days.
Officers then informed Page that they were told that he and Biggs had just walked across the complex. Page replied by telling officers that Biggs left with a friend and went to Dog Patch in Enos.
Even though officers gave Page ample opportunity to disclose the location of Biggs, he continued to deny any knowledge of her whereabouts. Officers then received a call stating that Biggs was observed a female running down the road by the complex.
Biggs was apprehended, and Page, a 41-year-old male from Madill, was arrested for Harboring a Fugitive.
