The Madill Community Daycare Center Board of Directors is thrilled to announce the naming of Erica Sanchez as the new Director of the center. Erica has extensive experience in childcare and a deep passion for early childhood education.
Erica Sanchez holds an Associates of Child Development and Certificate of Mastery both through Murray State College. She originally joined the Madill Community Daycare Center in 2013 as a Teacher Assistant, working her way to a Lead Teacher in 2016. In 2017 she began her career as the Assistant Director while finishing up her credentialing as a Master Teacher in 2020. The Board of Directors officially named Erica as the Director in January 2025 after her stepping in as Interim Director in October 2024.

Erica and her family live in Marshall County. She and her husband Jose Martinez have two daughters, Anahi and Daleyza Sanchez. She is excited to continue her career to children and childcare by stepping into the role of Director. Erica is excited to lead in an environment where children can learn and grow through play and real-life experiences.
The Madill Community Daycare Center is a member of the United Way of Southern Oklahoma and serves approximately 113 children and families as the only five star accredited center based daycare in Marshall County.
