Wayland Leon Eppler 80, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on February 16, 2020 at his home in Kingston. He was born on March 24, 1939 in Lebanon, Oklahoma to the late Omer Lee Eppler and Pearl Ellen Armstrong Eppler. Leon was raised in Lebanon and graduated from the Madill High School in 1958. He married Della Faye Miracle on March 17, 1960 in Madill. Leon worked for Marshall County, County Commissioners before going to work at WW Trailers for 24 years. In 1990, he started Kingston Car Care and worked up to his retirement in 2017.

Leon was a member of the Lebanon Baptist Church and he enjoyed fishing, hunting and drinking coffee with his coffee shop buddies. Most of all he loved being with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Della Faye Eppler of Kingston, Okla., children; Randy Eppler and wife Tami of McKinney, Texas, Kevin Eppler and wife Valerie of Calera, Okla., Mark Eppler and wife Natalie of Madill, Okla., Tanya Roach and fiance Jeff Graves of Kingston, Okla., ten grandchildren; April Ferguson, Scott Eppler, Josh Eppler, Kasey Blankenship, Jayse Roach, Heath Roach, Faith Roach, Mason Haenchen, Landon Eppler and Tre’ Adams, twelce great grandchildren, brother, Samber Eppler and wife Barbara Lou of Madill, Okla., sisters; Nelcyne Moore of Lone Grove, Okla., and Geneva Taylor of Bakersfiled, Calif.

Leon was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers; Donald, Harold and Clinton and Infant twins brothers, and one sister; Danyce Vinson.

Services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 20, 2020 at the Watts Funeral Home, Kingston, Okla. Roy Vinson will officiate the service. Interment will be at the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Oklahoma. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Okla. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.

Casket Bearers will be Scott Eppler, Josh Eppler, Landon Eppler, Brandon Ferguson, Heath Roach, and Jordan Blankenship.

Honorary Bearers will be Wendell Wilkens, Leon Richardson, Jay Roach, Tre’ Adams, Wayne Scribner, and Jim Davis.
