Jim Warren, 89 of Kingston, passed away on December 31, 2025. James Edward Warren was born on December 8, 1936 in Longview, Texas to Albert Frederick and Lillian Williams. Jim and his mother soon moved to Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, where he grew up and attended school.

Jimmy spent his working years as a union concrete finisher, he was skilled at his trade and it served him well. Jimmy lovedtheoutdoors,heenjoyedfishingand hunting, and was even a certified scuba diver. After his retirement, he moved to Lake Texoma, and called it home for over thirty years.

He liked to play a good hand of cards, shoot pool and listen to classic country and western music. He was a beloved father, brother, uncle and grandpa who will be dearly missed.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Voncill.

He is survived by his children, Bequeta Jones of Kingston, Bobby Jones and wife Patty of Wanette, Ron Charlow of Newalla, Don and Donna Charlow of Newalla, and Barbara Hargis and husband Mark of Kingston; sisters, Chris and Debbie; numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. January 7, 2026, at Little’s Chapel, Wilson-Little Purcell. The burial followed at Lexington Cemetery.
