Francis Nadine Garrison, 87, of Kingston, Okla. passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025, at the Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. She was bornonSeptember7,1937,inAylesworth, Okla. to the late Luna Howard Matney and Mary Hazel Owens Matney.
Nadine was raised in Kingston where she attended school. She married Roy Lawrence Garrison on June 11, 1954, in Durant, Okla. and he preceded her in death on August 18, 2005. Over the years, NadineworkedforWinksDriveInn,Parks Café in Madill, and Dee’s Manufacturing in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. She retired after 30 years of employment at the Madill Pants Factory. Nadine was a faithful member of the Madill Church of Christ. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, cracking pecans, playing cards, domino’s, Wahoo and Bunko. Her greatest love was being with family and friends; her pride and joy was her great great granddaughter, Deliah.
Nadine was preceded in death by her parents; husband; step mom, Daisy Matne; brothers, Howard Matney, Baby BoyMatney;granddaughter,StaceyBrundrge;son-in-law, Karrey Looney and honorary grandson, Merle Cox.
Nadine is survived by her children, Larry Garrison and wife Phyllis of Dickson, Okla., Cloyce Looney of Kingston, Okla.;grandchildren,BrandyMcDonaldofNorman,Okla., Misty Moore and husband Benny of College Station, Texas, Heather Harris and husband Richard of Oakwood, Texas, Shawna Looney of Kingston, Okla., Kevin Van Auker of Ardmore, Okla., Kim Skaggs of Ardmore, Okla.; honorary granddaughter, Karen Eddings of Madill, Okla.; great Grandchildren, Ecko, Austin, Andy, Zach, Draken, Josey, Aubrey, and Jack; reat Great Grandchild, Deliah; nieces, Kelly Collins and Kendra Boatman Visitation will be Monday, February 24, 2025 at Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a family hour from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Watts Memorial Chapel in Madill, Okla. Todd McRay will officiate the service. Interment will be at the Oakland Cemetery in Oakland, Okla. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
