The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Jerry Donald Weichert, Jr., a 27-year-old male from Joshua, Texas, regarding an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear for Stalking, Possession of CDS, Violation of a Protection Order. Weichert is still violating his Protective Order and is believed to be in Texas.
The current warrants are only misdemeanors, however, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office is filing additional charges for violation of Protective Order. Those charges will be Threatening Acts of Violence by the Use of Telephone and the charges will be submitted to the Marshall County Courthouse.
