POLICE BLOTTER: Assault, possession and other crimes

Assault: Johnathan Smith, a 27-year-old male from Madill was arrested on September 16 for A Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Interrupting an Emergency Call, and Driving Under Suspension. He was also picked up for Failure to Pay on Receiving or Concealing Stolen Property conviction out of Johnston County, Failure to Pay on a Driving Under Suspension from Stephens County, and a Failure to Appear on a Malicious Injury to Property over $1000 out of Carter County.

Alyssa Hoisington, a 29-yearold female from Kingston was arrested on September 18 for Failure to Appear and answer to a Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor. An online search showed she has a few misdemeanor priors; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Trespassing, and Possession of CDS – Meth.

Possession: On September 16, the following people were arrested for possession charges.

• Robert Glenn, a 27-yearold male from Madill was incarcerated to being his 60 day sentence for a misdemeanor Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance. An online search showed a traffic violation on his record.

• Bobby Howard, a 27-yearold male from Kingston was arrested for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Howard shows two prior misdemeanors; a DUI and Transporting and Open Container – Alcohol.

• Jason Johnson, a 42-yearold male from Calumet was arrested for Consuming or Inhaling Intoxicants in a Public Place. He pled guilty to a Public Intoxication. An online search shows Johnson has a Driving Under Suspension misdemeanor from Grady County.

• Christy Smith, a 37-yearold female from Gene Autry was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Adulterants to Alter a Urine Sample. Smith showed no Oklahoma priors.

Kevin Ing, a 43-year-male from Gainesville, Texas was arrested on September 17 for Consuming or Inhaling Intoxicants in a Public Place. Ing pled guilty to Public Intoxication. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.

Jewell Haines, a 32-year-old female from Mill Creek was arrested on September 20 for Failure to Appear and answer a few misdemeanor charges; Possession of CDS, Resisting and Officer, and No Insurance from 2017. She is also facing Distribution of CDS – Cocaine out of Carter County. An online search showed various misdemeanor convictions of Transporting and Open Container and Driving Under the Influence.

Kingston Officers arrested Jessica King, a 32-year-old female from Tishomingo for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Drivers License, Foil or Defeat Urine, Drug or Alcohol Screening Test, and TOC. King was also in the July 11 issue of The Madill Record when it was reported that King was arrested after a complaint of counterfeit money led to a traffic stop. She is currently facing two felonies stemming from that arrest; Trafficking and Possession of Forged Notes. King shows multiple misdemeanors Possession of CDS from Marshall County. Bryan County lists King has been convicted of multiple felonies –Possession of CDS – Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Concealing Stolen Property, three counts of Second Degree Burglary, and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.

On September 23, Robert Tiller, a 48-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Distribution of CDS, Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Obstructing an Investigation, Removing or Affixing an Improper Plate to Conceal Identity, Passing Left of Center and No Insurance. Tiller shows prior felony convictions of two counts of Endeavoring to Manufacture Methamphetamines, Feloniously Carrying a Firearm, Possession of CDS and Concealing Stolen Property.

Theft/Trespassing: Kara Cleveland, a 30-year-old female from Marietta was arrested on September 19 for Trespassing, Petit Larceny, and False Impersonation. An online search shows Cleveland has a Marshall County misdemeanor for Taking/Receiving a Stolen Credit/ Debit Card, and six counts of Obtaining Cash by False Pretenses in Love County.

Chasity Joel, an 18-yearold female from Madill was arrested on September 20 for Larceny from a House, Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses, and Unauthorized use of a Credit/Debit card. An online search showed Joel has a prior misdemeanor of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Also, on September 20, Christopher Young, a 28-yearold male from Lawton was arrested for Obtaining Money on False Pretense. An online search shows misdemeanor conviction of Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Obstructing an Officer, Resisting Arrest and Concealing Stolen Property. It also shows two misdemeanors from Stephens County for Obstructing and Public Intoxication.

Ciara Sparks, a 26-year-old female from Madill was arrested for Petty Larceny, and Trespassing. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

Driving: Jean Haines, a 60-year-old female from Ardmore was arrested for Failure to Pay on a Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia convictions. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

On September 20, Richard Champion, a 39-year-old from Tuttle was arrested for DUI and Passing to the Left. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

Jewellene McNeal, a 40-year-old female from Tulsa was arrested on September 21 for DUS. An online background search showed a few traffic infractions.

Joel Perez, a 42-year-old male from Madill was incarcerated on September 22 to begin his sentence for a DUI.

On September 23, the following people were arrested for various driving charge.

• Pamela Kimbrough, a 58-year-old from Lawton was arrested for a DUI. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.

• Austin Garrison, a 34-yearold male from Oklahoma was arrested for DUS and No Insurance. An online search showed Garrison has prior felony convictions. Possession of CDS with t he Intent to Distribute and Possession of CDS in Bryan County, and Trafficking and Possession with the Intent to Distribute in Carter County.

• Madill officers arrested Johnnie Williams, a 45-year-old male from Kingston for DUS and Expired Registration. An online search shows Williams has a felony Bringing Contraband into a Penal Institution or Jail, and misdemeanors of DUI, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, No Insurance and No Drivers License.

Miscellaneous: On September 18, Calem Thomas –a 28-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Failure to Pay on an Obstructing an Officer and Public Intoxication convictions from 2011. An online search shows Thomas has prior felonies. The ones for Marshall County are A Prisoner Placing Bodily Fluids on a Government Employee, Mistreating a Police Dog and two counts of Second Degree Burglary. In Carter County, he has First Degree Burglary, and Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery. His misdemeanors are two counts of Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, and Interference in an Emergency Phone Call.

Shaun Wallace, a 41-year-old man from Durant was arrested on September 19 on a Grayson County warrant for Fraud Use/ Possession of Identifying Information. An online search shows Wallace has two felonies from Tulsa County; Lewd Molestation, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Bryan County shows more felony convictions – two counts of Failure to Notify Address Change as a Sex Offender, Concealing Stolen Property, Battery/Assault on a Police Officer After a Felony Conviction, Obtaining Property by False Pretenses, and False Reporting of Crime. His misdemeanors include Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, DUS, Attempting to Elude. Wallace is currently facing a misdemeanor Larceny of Lost Property charge from McClain County.

Billy Berry, a 58-year-old from Kingston was arrested on September 20 for Failure to Appear on a Child Support case. An online search showed a DUI After a Felony Conviction, Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of CDS –meth, and Cruelty to Animals felony convictions from Carter County. It also showed a Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery, Public Intoxication, and DUS misdemeanors.

Dexter Fields, a 30-yearold male from Madill was arrested on September 21 for Public Intoxication. An online search showed Fields has prior felony convictions; two counts of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Child Endangerment, Attempt to Escape from Arrest or Detention, and Larceny from the House. Fields also has various Possession and PI misdemeanors.
