Kingston girls took home ninth place as a team in the Class 3A State Cross Country Meet held last weekend in Shawnee hosted by North Rock Creek High School while a pair of Redskins also participated.
The Lady Redskins were led by junior Daisy Avery, whowasastatemedalistwith a time of 12 minutes, 57.1 seconds on the 3.2 K course.
Avery Ludrick pitched in a 50th place effort of 14:09.8, Olivia McAlister took 56th in 14:19.4,LaylaThompsonwas 70th at 14:40.1, Rylee Davis claimed 94th with a mark of 15:14.7, Addi Cole ended in 97th in 15:21.8 while Ava Reno wrapped up 118th in a time of 16:46.6.
For the Kingston boys, Lander Burkhalter checked in 70th at 19:20.1 while Jayden Frazier posted an 86th place showing of 19:48.1
