Martha Sue Parker, 82, of Madill, Okla. passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at the Family Care Center in Kingston, Okla. She was born on April 5, 1942, in Cyril, Okla. to the late Wardlow Hershel Thomason and Beulah Vera Cobb Thomason. Sue was raised in Cyril where she graduated high school.
She married Darrell Parker, and he preceded her in death. Sue lived in Rush Springs before moving to Kingston in 2019 where she lived the rest of her life. She was affiliated with the Lake Side Baptist Church in Kingston and she enjoyed knitting, sewing, cooking and reading recipes.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents; husband; three sisters, Kay Ward, Norine Dodson and Mary Thomason.
Sue is survived by her son, Dennis Thompson and wife Amy of Kingston, Okla.; sister, Gavon Moshier of Oklahoma City, Okla.; nieces, nephews and cousins VisitationwasheldTuesday,November12,2024,atWatts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Graveside service were Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Fletcher Cemetery in Fletcher, Okla. Bobby Waitman officiated the service. Services were under the direction of Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
