Just a reminder, the Volunteer Fireman’s roadside cleanup is Saturday November 2. The volunteers for the cleanup will meet with Todd Cissel at fire station #1, located on Texoma Park Road, right by the railroad crossing at 8 a.m.
For any questions regarding the cleanup, please contact Cissel at 580-564-7008. Breakfast willbeservedatapproximately 9 a.m. at the Training/Community Center. Volunteers are still needed to donate breakfast items. Volunteers to prep and serve are also needed.
The TVFD Auxiliary meeting was held on October 21, 2024. The meeting was called to order at 1:33 p.m. Twenty six members all recited the pledge of allegiance. Sandy presented the humorous readings.

Please mark your calendars for the Bake, Craft and Rummage Sale on Saturday November 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.. The sale will be at the Training/Community Center located at 10978 Parkview in Kingston. For anyone who would like to ren ta table to set up, please contact Crystal Tatum at 214-460-3345 or Marie Burry at 405-834-5675.
The event will be held inside with limited space. Tables will also be available outside, weather permitting.
Cost is $20. You can also work out of your truck or trailer outside at a charge of $20. The Auxiliary is asking that members donate baked goods to be sold at the event.
The next TFVD Auxiliary Meeting will be held November 18, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. with a social at 1 p.m. prior to the meeting.
The Exercise/Stretching classes are every Monday at Wednesday at 10 a.m. THe Card games are on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 12 p.m. All auxiliary members are welcome to join.
For any members interested inrentingtheTexomaCommunity Center Building, please contact Judy Jefferies at 580565-1400. Calls are monitored twice a week so please allow plenty of time for the event. The cost is $75 per day and can only be rented by members of the Fire District. The building capacity is 158.
