Police didn't immediately impound the truck, but returned to the restaurant with the manager called to report the truck still there. When officers arrived a second time, the cell phone was gone.
Authorities found the cell phone was used to make several calls to northwest Oklahoma City phone numbers for a few days after the discovery.
