Two men were killed in a boating accident on December 27. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the incident happened on Lake Texoma approximately five miles south of Kingston, Okla.
According to the report, Danny Glenn, 70, and Leslie Glenn, 73, were traveling southboundonLakeTexoma. The duo attempted to cross under a railroad bridge and struck a pillar in the process.
Both men were ejected dumped them into the lake. Marine Enforcement Units were deployed and they fo und bo th men deceased Sunday afternoon.
Many family members took to Facebook to share their memories of the two men and to ease the heartbreak.
Many said they “were both family men - husbands, uncles, brothers, grandpas who LOVED their families. They loved the lake, fishing, being on a boat, and hanging out with family. These men were loving, adventurous, and loved traveling. They've been going to Texoma for 50 years. We lost two great men, and our family is heartbroken over their loss.”
