With all the new homes coming and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino being built, the Texoma Volunteer Fire Department is going to need more volunteer firemen and women. Now would be the time to get started so the new firefighters can be trained and get to know their fellow volunteers as they truly work as a team.
There are other ways to volunteer. The TFD would like to invite any ladies in the district who might be interested in joining the Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary for the upcoming year.

We are asking all members to bring finger food, and if you would like to participate, bring a gift for our gift swap $20 and under, please.
The exercise stretching classes are every Monday andWednesdayat10:00a.m. Card games are on the 2nd and Tuesdays at 12:00 p.m. All Auxiliary members are welcome to join.
It’s that time of year for anybody interested in renting the Texoma Community Center building for a holiday party or a family gathering. Please contact Judy Jeffries at 580-565-1400. Calls are monitored twice a week so please allow plenty of time for the event.
The cost is $75 per day, and can only be rented by members of the Fire District. The building capacity is 158.
