Shop with a Cop event planned for Dec. 6

In an attempt to continue the fun Christmas festivities, Smoke on the River is hosting a fundraiser event. The “Rock out for Marshall County Kids Shop with a Cop Christmas” is an event to raise money for the Shop with a Cop program.

The flier outlined how dire the situation is for the children in need. “With so many kids to provide Christmas for during this pandemic, parents need all the help you can give.”

The pandemic has shut down multiple businesses and has put millions of people out of work. This event will help ease the burden of trying to figure out how to buy Christmas gifts for parents.

Texas singer/songwriter Oliver White is scheduled to perform. It will be held December 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. It will be at the Madill Round Up Club Arena, and gates open at 4:30 p.m. Parking is $5 and admission is $20.
