Chuck Little, a 52-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on March 4 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery charge. Little initially checked in but fled from the courthouse before being arraigned. He is also facing charges for Intimidation of a States Witness, Aggravated Assault and Battery and Assault. The latter charges stem from when he fled.
Ruth McBroom, a 63-year-old female from Madill was arrested on March 8 for Failure to Pay on a Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery conviction. An online search came up negative for any other Oklahoma priors.
Jason Harner, a 41-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on March 9 for Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence and Malicious Injury to Property. Theft/Fraud: Thomas Hall, a 54-year-old male from Gainesville, Texas was arrested on March 2 for Home Repair Fraud. Priors for Obstruction and Assault and Battery were found in an online search.
Christy Kenedy, a 46-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on March 3 for Identity Theft. No priors were found in an online search. However, she is facing six charges for Embezzlement.
Abigail Masters, a 40-year female from Harrah was arrested on March 3 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Second-Degree Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property, DUI, Possession of CDS, and Driving Under Suspension charges.
Samantha Blackburn, a 31-year-old female from Caddo was arrested on March 5 for an Application to Revoke probation on a Larceny from the House conviction. An online search found two more priors. They are for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Julie Miranda, a 35-year-old female from Ravia was arrested on March 9 for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Priors for DUI and Indecent Exposure were found in an online search.
Possession: Randall McGee, a 49-year-old male from Mead was arrested on March 2 for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.
James Koop, a 26-year-old male from Madill was booked into the Marshall County Jail on March 3 for a Possession Sanction. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS, Trafficking, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and DUI.
Tamera Lowe, a 19-year-old female from Kingston was also booked into the Marshall County Jail on March 3 for a Possession Sanction. Her priors show as Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
Shelby Gable, a 38-year-old female from Madill was arrested on March 8 for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia conviction.
Driving: Vicky Kersey, a 62-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on March 4 for Failure to Pay on a Speeding ticket. One prior for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle was found in an online search.
David Merlino, a 25-year-old male from Cleburne, Texas was arrested on March 7 for Failure to Stop at an Accident-Causing Death, Obstruction and Speeding.
