Theft/Embezzlement: Charles Mitchell, a 50-yearold male from Tishomingo was arrested on December 17 for Intent to Cheat, Defraud, Obtain Cash/Merchandise by Bogus Means. An online search found an Oklahoma prior for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery and a few traffic violations.

Jacqueline Mitchell, a 54-year-old female from Kingston was also arrested on December 17 for Intent to Cheat, Defraud, Obtain Cash/ Merchandise by Bogus Means. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Kursty Patton, an 18-yearold female from Lebanon was arrested on December 18 for Petit Larceny. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Uriah Thompson, a 19-yearold male from Tishomingo was also arrested on December 18 for Petit Larceny. An online search also came up negative for Oklahoma prior convictions.

Brock Knight, an 18-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on December 19 (on his 18 th birthday, no less) for Larceny of an Automobile. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Traci Karastathes, a 61-year-old female from Coleman was arrested on December 21 for Larceny of Merchandise and Trespassing. An online search only found one Oklahoma prior for Public Intoxication. However, she is also facing charges for Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Christy Kenedy, a 46-yearold female from Kingston was also arrested on December 21 for Embezzlement $2,500 to $15,000. No other priors were found in an online search.

Possession: Stormy Maxey, a 27-year-old male from Mannsville was arrested on December 17 for Possession of CDS – Marijuana. An online search found prior Oklahoma convictions for Placing Bodily Fluids on a Government Employee, DUI and Transporting an Open Container – Beer.

Chasity Joel, a 20-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on December 18 for Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, and Motion to Revoke on Larceny from a House and Possession of a Credit Card not Belonging to the Person convictions. Besides the two listed priors, she also has a Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Driving: Jacobo Garray, a 34-year-old male from unknown was arrested on December 15 for No Driver’s License. An online search for Oklahoma priors came up negative.

Anthony Graves, a 27-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on December 16 for Eluding/Attempting to Elude a Police Officer Second and Subsequent, Trespassing and Obstructing an Executive Officer. An online search found priors for DUI, Trespassing and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Christopher Idleman, a 27-year-old male from Madill was arrested on December 17 for DUS. An online search found only Hunting Infractions and Traffic Violations.

Thomas Westbrook, a 30-year-old male from Ardmore was also arrested on December 17 for DUI and Speeding. An online search only found a ticket.

John Dugan, a 42-year-old male from Sherman, Texas was arrested on December 18 for No Driver’s License. An online search found priors for Possession of Marijuana, Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport.

Wesley Crawford, a 47-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on December 19 for DUI, and Unsafe Lane Use. His priors were found in an online search as Feloniously Pointing a Firearm, Fake Impersonation of Another, DUI, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Miscellaneous: Jeronimo Flores Veras, a 35-year-old male from Madill was arrested on December 18 for Consuming/Inhaling Intoxicants in a Public Place. An online search only found one ticket in his background.

Nicolas Flores Veras, a 33-year-old male from Kingston was also arrested on December 18 for Consuming/ Inhaling Intoxicants in a Public Place. No prior Oklahoma convictions were found in an online search.

Grady Widener, a 37-yearold male from Mead was arrested on December 22 for Failure to Pay on a Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery conviction. Other priors found in an online search were Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, and Conspiracy to Defraud the Marshall County Jail.
