Burglary/Theft: Kelvin Cannon, a 55-year-old male from Tishomingo was arrested on February 2 for Failure to Pay on Grand Larceny and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony convictions. An online search found other priors for Petit Larceny, Resisting an Executive Officer, Second-Degree Burglary, Larceny of an Auto, Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault and Battery with the Intent to Kill – Beating, Escape from Arrest, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony. He is also facing Assault and Battery on a Police Officer and Obstructing and Executive Officer.

Harold Pesina, a 35-year-old male from Alva was arrested on February 3 for Failure to Appear to a sentencing hearing for 10 convictions for Second-Degree Burglary. Other priors were found for Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, Concealing Stolen Property, Petit Larceny, Second-Degree Burglary After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Second-Degree Burglary, Third-Degree Burglary, First-Degree Burglary After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Escape from Detention, and DUI.

Three individuals were arrested on February 4 for various burglary/unauthorized use charges.

•Ashley Cobb, a 25-year-old female from Durant was arrested for Failure to Appear to a Second-Degree Burglary charge. An online search found priors for Larceny of an Automobile, Obtaining Cash/Merchandise by Bogus/ False Pretenses, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

•Michaela Hite, a 21-year-old female from Durant was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. No priors were found in and online search. However, she is also facing charges for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery and Obstructing an Executive Officer.

•Sequoyah Christie, a 17-year-old male from Oklahoma was arrested for seven charges of Third-Degree Burglary, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Escape from Arrest, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Possession of Marijuana without a Prescription, and Concealing Stolen Property. No priors were found in an online search.

Jannifer Leija, a 31-year-old female from Madill was arrested on February 7 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Revocation Hearing for probation on a Second-Degree Burglary conviction. Priors for Second-Degree Forgery, Uttering a Forged Instrument, Obtaining Cash/Merchandise by Bogus Means, Concealing Stolen Property, Conspiracy, Endeavoring in Manufacturing CDS, Aiding and Abetting in a Drug Crime, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer and Obstructing an Officer.

Chance Alexander, a 30-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on Febru ary 8 for Embezzlement. An online search for priors came up empty.

Assault: Ernest Wofford, a 35-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on February 6 for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony. An online search found priors for Second-Degree Burglary, Second-Degree Burglary After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Concealing Stolen Property and Driving Under Suspension.

Possession: Justice Brown, a 40-year-old male from Durant was arrested on January 29 for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. No priors were found, but he is also facing charges for Fugitive from Justice.

Louis Hammons, a male from Muskogee, was arrested on February 3 for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No priors were found in an online search.

Erin Smalley, a 36-year-old female from Madill was also arrested on February 3 for Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Cassie Craig, a 24-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on February 7 for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No priors were found in an online search.

Driving: Anna James, a 49-year-old female from Mannsville was arrested on February 2 for Driving Under Suspension and Transporting an Open Container. An online search found priors for Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle while Under the Influence and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Joshua Burris, a 35-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on February 4 for Driving Under Suspension. Only traffic infractions were found in an online search.

Jacob Baker, a 31-yearold male from Ivanhoe, Texas was arrested on February 5 for Driving Under Suspension. No priors were found in an online search.

Omar Gonzalez, a 21-year-old male from Madill was arrested on February 6 for an Application to Accelerate on a DUI and No Driver’s License conviction. Other convictions found in an online search were for Speeding and No Driver’s License.

Garcia Mariles, a 66-year-old male from Durant was arrested on February 6 for Driving Under Suspension. Only a ticket for No Driver’s License was found in an online search.

Luis Macias, a male from Oklahoma was arrested on February 7 for Driving Under Suspension.

Miscellaneous: Xavier Maddox, a 22-year-old male from Madill was arrested on February 3 for Malicious Injury to Property and Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence. An online search found priors for DUI and Possession of CDS without a Prescription.
