Burglary: Dillon Day, a 21-year-old male from Oakland was arrested booked into the Marshall County Jail on a Writ of Habeas Corpus on First-Degree Burglary, Transporting a Loaded Firearm and Possession of CDS convictions. Besides the previously listed convictions, an online search found other priors. They are listed as Second-Degree Burglary, Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle while Under the Influence, Possession of a Firearm while Under the Influence, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, Methamphetamines, and Alprazolam, DUI, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery with a Prior Pattern of Physical Violence, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Possession: Kelton Craddick, a 28-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested on October 15 for Possession of Medical Marijuana without a Prescription, and Speeding. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Jerry McDaniel, a 1-yearold male from Madill was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 60-day sentence for Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony or During Probation, and Feloniously Pointing a Firearm. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Possession of CDS with the Intent of Distributing, Unlawfully Obtaining Unemployment, Public Intoxication, Possession of CDS, Attempted False Personation, Concealing Stolen Property, and Unlawful Use of a Police Radio.

Driving: Natasha Jackson, a 38-year-old female from Medford was arrested on October 14 for DUS. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Jacob Wallace, a 24-year-old male from Madill was arrested on October 15 for Failure to Pay on a Speeding Ticket. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Ronnie Ward, a 49-year-old male from Gainesville, Texas was also arrested on October 15 for Aggravated DUI, No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Seatbelt, Transporting an Open Container – Beer, and Unsafe Lane Change. An online search found a prior Oklahoma conviction for Lending License to Another.

Preston Mendez, a 31-yearold male from Gainesville, Texas was booked into the Marshall County Jail on October 16 to begin a 60-day sentence for DUI and Transporting an Open Container – Beer convictions.

Jimmie Allen, a 50-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on October 17 for DUI. An online search found priors for DUI, DUI Second and Subsequent, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation.

Jose Comacho, a 35-yearold female from Madill was arrested on October 18 for No Driver’s License and Transporting an Open Container – Beer. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Jamie Gilbreath, a 44-yearold female from Cumberland was also arrested on October 18 for Driving Under Suspension, Transporting an Open Container – Beer, and TOC – Liquor. An online search found multiple priors. They are listed as Obstructing an Officer, Public Intoxication, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault and Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Kidnapping, Breaking and Entering a Dwelling without Permission, DUI, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Damage, Malicious Injury, and Resisting an Officer.

Miscellaneous: Anthony Greves, a 27-year-old male from Atoka was arrested on Ocober 15 for Public Intoxication. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Kelly Billy, a 43-year-old female from Madill was brought to the Marshall County Jail for an Emergency Order of Detention, Detox and Transport to a Facility. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Concealing Stolen Property, Breaking and Entering a Dwelling without Permission, First-Degree Arson, Public Intoxication and four convictions for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer. Billy is also facing charges for Indecent Exposure, and DUI.

Tonya Burgess, a 52-yearold female from Madill was also arrested on October 17 for Consuming Intoxicants in a Public Place. An online search found an Oklahoma prior for Breaking and Entering without Permission.
