Assault: Preston Chill, a 19-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on June 22 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation, and Failure to Appear and Pay on two Possession of CDS convictions. An online search found no other Oklahoma priors.

Burglary: Casey Jacks, a 24-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested on June 25 for a Second-Degree Burglary conviction from 2014. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Attempting to Obtain Merchandise through Bogus Means, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Public I ntoxication, Resisting an Executive Officer, Malicious Injury, False Reporting, and three convictions for Assault and Battery on an Emergency Medical Technician.

Possession: Matthew Baker, an 18-year-old male from Kingston was arrested June 22 for Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, and probation violations for a Distribution of CDS, and Unlawful Use of a Communication Facility in the Commission of a Felony convictions. His priors for Oklahoma show online for Possession of CDS, DUI, DWI, and TOC.

Evelyn Robinson, a 26-yearold female from Kingston was arrested on June 24 for Possession of CDS. An online search came up empty for Oklahoma priors.

Three individuals were arrested on June 25 for various possession charges.

• Wilmer Herrera-Matamoros, a 19-year-old male from Mesquite, Texas was arrested for No Driver’s License and Driving an Unsafe Vehicle. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Miscellaneous: Casey Garrett, a 35-year-old male from Durant was arrested on June 23 for Failure to Pay on a Distribution of CDS conviction. An online search found multiple priors for Possession of CDS Second and Subsequent, Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle while Under the Influence Second and Subsequent, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle After the Former PEN 7 DAYS A WEEK A Conviction of a Felony, Falsely Impersonating Another to Create a Liability, Concealing off to all Vetera Stolen Property, and multiple Possession of CDS convictions.
