Assault: Colten Ledford, a 24-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on September 10 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and Injury to Property. However, the actual charge he is facing is Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. An online search found prior convictions for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Speeding.

Possession: Crystal Carper, a 41-year-old female from Mannsville was arrested on September 9 for Failure to Pay on Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Maintaining a Dwelling for the Selling/ Keeping of CDS, and Possession of CDS convictions. No other Oklahoma convictions were found in an online search.

James Rice, a 66-year-old male from Madill was also arrested on September 9 for Motion to Revoke a Possession of CDS, Transporting a Loaded Firearm convictions, and a Protective Order Violation. The Possession of CDS and Transporting a Loaded Firearm were the only two convictions found in an online search.

William Garrity, a 47-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on September 10 for Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found multiple priors. They are listed as DUI, DUI Second and Subsequent, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Grand Larceny. He also has priors that are over 10 years old. They are listed as Falsely Declaring Ownership at a Pawn Shop, two convictions for Concealing Stolen Property and two convictions for Second-Degree Burglary.

Franci Seabourn, a 31-year-old female from Atoka was arrested on September 14 for Possession of CDS and Obstructing an Officer. An online search found Oklahoma convictions for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DWI, Assault and Battery, DUI, Second and Subsequent, and Child Endangerment.

Driving: Daryl Deaton, a 56-year-old male was arrested on September 8 for DUI and No Driver’s License. An online search found priors for DUI, Possession of CDS, and Transporting an Open Container.

John Garcia, Jr., a 32-year-old male from Madill was arrested on September 11 for Failure to Pay on a No Insurance and No Registration tickets. An online search found a prior for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Billy Carter, a 58-year-old male from Tishomingo was arrested on September 14 for Failure to Pay on a No Insurance and No Driver’s License conviction. An online search found multiple priors. They are listed as Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Shooting a Turtle Prohibited in Accordance with Federal Regulations, and Taking of Threatened/Endangered Species – Alligator Snapping Turtle.

Kelly Cranmore, a 49-year-old female from Tishomingo was also arrested on September 14 for Failure to Appear and Pay on a DUI conviction. Her priors were found online as Petit Larceny, Resisting an Executive Officer, DUI, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and three convictions for Uttering a Forged Instrument.

Miscellaneous: Three individuals were arrested on September 11 for various charges.

• Christophe Knopka, a 41-year-old male, address unknown, was arrested for Public Intoxication. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

• Jamey McGaugh, a 41-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Failure to Pay on a Public Intoxication conviction. Convictions for Second-Degree Burglary, Possession of CDS, and DUI were found in an online search.

• Gordon Myers, a 46-year-old male from Oklahoma City was arrested for a Probation Revocation on a First-Degree Rape conviction. The only other conviction, besides the First-Degree Rape, found in an online search was Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Alexis Goodman, a 23-year-old female from Madill was arrested on September 12 for Application to Terminate Drug Court. Her priors show as DUI, Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle After the Former Conviction of a DWI, No Driver’s License, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS – Marijuana – Without a Prescription, and Public Intoxication.

Eugene Sinwelski, a 48-year-old male from Atoka was arrested on September 14 for a Motion to Revoke on a Second-Degree Burglary conviction out of Latimer County. An online search found multiple priors for Possession of CDS within 1000 feet of a Day Care, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS Second and Subsequent, DUS, Petit Larceny, and No Registration. He is also facing charges for Obtaining Cash or Merchandise by Bogus Check.
