The Madill High School has been transitioned strictly to virtual learning till Nov. 16. The Madill Superintendent Larry Case described the transition to the parents in an E-note on Nov. 3. It is listed below.

November 3, 2020

An increase in absences due to positive cases, quarantines or other illnesses/ circumstances has caused  Madill High School to transition to distance learning at the completion of the school day today.  At this time, high school students will be scheduled to return on Monday, November 16. The distance learning will be much different than this past spring.  All high school students will be immediately transitioned to our distance learning platform.  The remaining sites, middle school, elementary, and early childhood center will continue face to face instruction at this time.  However, if you have concerns for any reason, your child in other buildings can transition to distance learning.  This situation is being constantly monitored carefully, and we will keep you updated on any changes of instruction or other activities.  Please check your email or our school web page frequently.

Meal service will be provided to students that are off campus.  If your child would like a hot lunch, you may pick them up at the Wildcat Den daily from 10:30-12:00.  This will be a drive-thru grab and go only, beginning Wednesday, November 4.

The safety and well-being of our students and employees is our utmost priority.  We are adhering to the guidance from the state and local health department in all isolation and quarantine decisions made.  Thank you for your understanding and partnership in taking the necessary steps to protect our students, school, and community.  Again, this situation is being monitored closely, and we will keep you updated on any changes.   If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your site office or the administration building.
