A local man, Charles Christian, was arrested on October 22, 2021 following multiple complaints. The investigation began on September 9, 2021, when an employee at Madill Middle School contacted the Marshall County Deputies about possible sexual complaints.
The reporting party claimed that there was a sleepover at Christian’s residence involving a few juvenile females. The juvenile females allege that when they went to the kitchen to get a snack, Christian exited his bedroom completely nude.
Instead of retreating back to his bedroom, the victim’s allege he stayed in the kitchen with them for a bit, conversing with them. One of the victims stated that Christian touched her on the buttocks and inner thigh.
The Madill Police Department interview multiple female juveniles who claim the same thing. They all allege that Christian has touched them innapropriately multiple times.
Christian, a 36-year-old male from Madill was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Indecent Exposure and two charges for Lewd Molestation. Records show that he is being held on a $120,000 bond. The Madill Police Department said they believe there might be other victims. They implore anybody who has been a victim of Christian’s to please come forward. The Madill Police Deparment wants to seek justice for any victims.
