Assault: Krystal Hall, a 34-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on January 2 for Failure to Pay on a Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery conviction from 2006. An online search found no prior convictions in Oklahoma.
Possession: Jerry McDaniel, a 60-year-old male from Madill was arrested on December 30 for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Pointing a Firearm with the Intent of Injuring, and Public Intoxication. An online search showed prior convictions of Attempting False Impersonation, two Counts of Possession of CDS, Possession with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, two count of Concealing Stolen Property, and Unlawful Use of a Police Radio.
On January 3, three individuals were arrested for various types of Possession.
Alexis Behrens, a 20-yearold female from Madill was arrested for Distribution of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors
Joshua Drain, a 36-yearold from Madill was arrested for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search showed Drain has prior convictions for Transporting an Open Container, DUI, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Breaking and Entering a Building without Permission, Resisting an Executive Officer. He is currently facing Due, Possession of CDS – Meth and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Rudy Leija, a 40-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS conviction. An online search came up negative for any Oklahoma priors.
Dalton Gilliam, a 21-yearold male from Madill was arrested on January 4 for Distribution of CDS. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.
Driving: Yesnia Cordero, a 30-year-old female from Madill was arrested on December 30 for Driving Under Suspension. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.
Daniel Davis, a 38-year-old male from Austin, Texas was also arrested on December 30 for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Transporting an Open Container, Operating a Vehicle in Violations of Restrictions Given to the Driver. He was also arrested for Failure to Pay bench warrants for DWI, and DUS. An online search found priors for No Driver’s License, and DUI Underage.
Sean Sawyer, a 40-year-old male from Garland, Texas was arrested on January 4 for Dui, and Possession of CDS. An online search shows a prior conviction for Assault and Battery.
Jarred Vanderburg, a 29-year-old male from Ardmore was also arrested on January 4 for DUS, and Improper Plate. An online search found prior convictions for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, two counts of Possession of CDS, DUE, two counts for Assault and Battery, Public Intoxication, and Aggravated DUI.
Richard Brown, a 48-yearold from Ardmore was arrested on January 6 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Driving Under Suspension charge. No Oklahoma priors were found.
Joey Payne, a 50-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested on January 6 for DUS, Operating a Vehicle while in Violation of Restrictions Given to the Driver, Improper Plate, and No Insurance. An online search found a prior for Stalking.
