Assault: Brian Idleman, a 51-year-old man from Madill was arrested on February 13 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery. An online search found no Oklahoma priors for Idleman.

Theft/Larceny: Ricky McGaugh, a 43-year-old male from Mannsville was arrested on February 10 for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. An online search found Oklahoma priors for McGaugh for Concealing Stolen Property, False Declaration of Ownership at a Pawn Shop, Resisting a Peace Officer, DUS, Aggravated DUI, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and two counts of Public Intoxication.

Peggy Williams, a 41-year-old female from Mannsville was also arrested on February 10 for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, and Failure to Pay on a Public Intoxication conviction. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma prior convictions.

Buddy Moody, a 39-year-old male from Kingston began a four-year sentence on February 13 for Larceny of an Automobile, Resisting a Peace Officer, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute. His priors are shown Aggravated DUI, Speeding and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Carly Lee, a 23-year-old female from Lebanon was arrested on February 14 for Petit Larceny, and Driving Under Suspension. She has no priors, however, she is facing a Second-Degree Burglary charge.

Grant Maxey, a 28-year-old male from Tishomingo was arrested on February 15 for Petit Larceny and Trespassing. His priors for Oklahoma show as Conspiracy, Causing/Aiding/ Abetting a Minor in Drug Crimes, two counts of Possession of CDS, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation, DUI and three counts of DUS.

Johnny Hendrix, a 30-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on February 16 for Larceny, and two counts of Concealing Stolen Property. He is also facing a Peeping Tom charge.

Amber Soto, a 38-year-old female from Mannsville was arrested on February 17 for Petit Larceny, Driving Under Suspension, No Registration, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search only found traffic tickets.

Possession: Johnny Merritt, a 38-year-old male from Durant was arrested on February 10 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search shows priors for Merritt for Concealing Stolen Property, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, two counts for Burglary of an Automobile, Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, two counts of Second-Degree Burglary After the Former Conviction of a Felony, two counts of Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute AFCF, two counts of Concealing Stolen Property AFCF, Possession of CDS – Meth AFCF, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. He is also currently facing Uttering a Forged Instrument, two counts of Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Leslie Reeder, a 56-year-old female from Gainesville, Texas was arrested on February 11 for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS conviction. An online search shows Oklahoma priors for Reeder. They are Possession of CDS – Meth, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ronald Standridge, a 43-year-old male from Antlers was arrested on February 13 for Possession of CDS, Second-Degree Forgery, Failure to Appear and Answer to a Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery charge. His Oklahoma priors are for Child Neglect, DUI, Assault and Battery upon an Officer, Resisting a Peace Officer, Attempting to Escape Detention, Public Intoxication, Tampering with a Jail Security Camera, Malicious Injury, Possession of CDS, DUI, Entering a Building with an Unlawful Intent, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Assault on a Peace Officer. He is also facing Possession of CDS – Meth, and nine counts of Uttering a Forged Instrument.

John Feudo, a 43-year-old male from Whitesboro, Texas was arrested on February 15 for Possession of CDS – Meth, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Three individuals were arrested on February 16 for various possession charges.

•Justin Cassell, a 36-year-old male from Colbert was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Possession of CDS.

•Nicholas Manry, a 39-year-old male from Denton, Texas was arrested for two counts of Possession of CDS. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

•Jared Reed, a 36-year-old male from Colbert was arrested for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors, however, he is currently facing charges for Possession of CDS with the Intent of Distributing and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Driving: Patrick Mosley, a 24-year-old male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin his 45-day sentence for Driving Under the Influence. An online search found prior convictions for Eluding/Attempting to Elude, and Driving Under Suspension.

Beau Brown, a 25-year-old male from Madill was arrested on February 13 for No Insurance, DUS and an Altered Title. Her prior shows as Possession of CDS – Marijuana.

Three individuals were arrested on February 14 for various driving infractions.

•Sean Benjamin, a 28-year-old male from Atoka was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 30-day sentence for a DUI conviction. He has multiple prior convictions for Possession of CDS, Feloniously Pointing a Firearm, Auto Negligence, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Malicious Injury and multiple Possession convictions.

•James Dancer, a 21-year-old male from Boswell was arrested for Driving Under Suspension. An online search found Oklahoma priors for DUI, and various traffic tickets.

•Robert Purvey, a 61-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested for Failure to Pay on No Driver’s License, and No Insurance convictions. An online search found multiple Oklahoma convictions for Possession of CDS in a Penal Institution, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and multiple Possession of CDS. Four individuals were ar

•Kady Allen, a 24-year-old female from Kingston was arrested for DUI, and Transporting an Open Container. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

•Jarrod Brooks, a 31-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Failure to Pay on a DUI conviction. His background showed no other Oklahoma priors.

•Gina Carter, a 57-year-old female from Madill was arrested for DUS. Her priors for Oklahoma were found as DUI, and Possession of CDS.

•Braden Goss, a 24-year-old male from Madill was arrested for DUS, Eluding/ Attempting to Elude. An online search found a few traffic citations.

Miscellaneous: Matthew Armstrong, a 28-year-old male from Durant was arrested on February 12 for a warrant out of Oklahoma City. An online search found priors for Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Larceny of Merchandise.

Derek Watson, a 27-year-old male from Broken Bow was also arrested on February 12 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a PI, DUI, TOC, and DUS. His priors are listed as Actual Physical Control of the Vehicle While Under the Influence, and Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery.

Lillian Bailey, an 18-year-old female was detained for an Emergency Order of Detention. An Emergency Order of Detention is typically used when it is deemed the individual might be a danger to themselves.

Christian Kueneman, a 33-year-old from Blanchard was booked into the Marshall County Jail on February 14 as a DOC inmate. He is serving time for Personal Injury Accident While Driving Under the Influence. His priors show as Petit Larceny and Public Intoxication.

Christopher Roeseler, a 31-year-old male from Oklahoma City was also arrested on February 14 for a Failure to Pay Bench Warrant. His priors are listed as Obtaining Cash by False Pretenses, Second-Degree Burglary, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, and two counts of Possession of CDS.
