Assault: Michael Payne, a 45-year-old male from Marietta was arrested on February 5 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery, Public Intoxication, Trespassing and Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence charges. An online search found prior convictions for Endeavoring to Manufacture CDS, Possession of CDS, DUI, Obtaining Merchandise by Bogus Check, Obstructing a Police Officer, Possession of Stolen Property, Attempted Third-Degree Forgery, Obtaining Money by False Pretenses, Petit Larceny, Assault and Battery and Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery.

Terrence Sutter, a 27-yearold man from Ardmore was arrested on February 7 for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and a Protective Order Violation. An online search only found a prior for a Protective Order Violation.

John Garcia, a 32-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on February 8 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery. An online search did not find any Oklahoma priors however, he is also facing a Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charge.

Ronald Portman, a 48-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on February 8 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and Failure to Appear and Answer to a Driving Under Suspension charge. An online search only found traffic violations.

Burglary/Theft: David Banks, a 57-year-old male from Tempe Arizona was arrested on February 3 for Robbery and Third-Degree Robbery.

Courtney Gillespie, a 44-year-old female from Madill was arrested on February 3 for Petit Larceny and Trespassing. An online search only found traffic violations.

Thomas Keith, a 26-year old male from Madill was arrested on February 4 for Robbery/Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon. His priors for Oklahoma show as Concealing Stolen Property, and two counts of Endeavoring to Manufacture CDS.

Angela Isley, a 43-year-old female from Healdton was arrested on February 5 for Obtaining Money on False Pretenses. Her priors show as three counts of Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card and an Unauthorized Possession of a Credit Card.

Chandler Ned, a 31-yearold male from Mannsville was arrested on February 6 for Failure to Pay on Uttering a Forged Instrument, and Eluding convictions. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Distribution of CDS, Malicious Injury to Property less than $1,000, and two counts of Forgery.

Wendy Emrich, a 49-yearold female from Drumwright was arrested for an Embezzlement charged from 2014. An online search came up empty for Oklahoma priors.

Amber Norris, a 39-yearold female from Ardmore was arrested for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer and a Trespassing charge. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.

Ashley Tate, a 22-yearold female from Madill was arrested for Obtaining Merchandise by Deception, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Appear and Answer to No Driver’s License and Trespassing charges. Her priors show as Exploitation of the Elderly by Deception, Injury/Burning a Public Building, Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card, and Possession of Urine to Defeat a Drug Test.

Possession: Hayden Callen, a 19-year-old from Davis was arrested on February 3 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication, and Obstruction charges. An online search showed priors for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, two counts of Second-Degree Burglary, and two counts of Concealing Stolen Property.

Michael Kenedy, a 39-yearold male from Madill was arrested on February 3 for Possession of CDS, Trespassing and Failure to Appear and Answer to a Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery charge. His priors show only driving infractions.

Justin Kerr, a 30-year-old male from Denison, Texas was arrested on February 4 for Possession of CDS warrant from Grayson County. His priors show as Theft, Possession of CDS, Assault, and Attempted Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.

Cody Ridgway, a 32-yearold male from Atoka was arrested on February 4 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute charge. His priors show as DWI – Second and Subsequent, and Impersonating a Public Officer.

Erik Dollar, a 33-year-old male from Madill was arrested on February 5 for Possession of CDS. His priors show multiple Possession convictions, Bringing Contraband into a Penal Institution, Driving Under Suspension, Larceny, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor.

Janel Briscoe, a 42-year-old female from Tishomingo was arrested on February 6 for Failure to Pay on Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute and Petit Larceny convictions. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.

Hector Santiago, a 29-yearold male from Madill was arrested on February 5 for Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Trafficking, Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS without a Prescription, Soliciting Under 18 to Transport, Sell or Peddle CDS, Knowingly Aids and Abets a Minor in Committing a Felony. His priors are listed as five counts of Possession of CDS, and one Obstruction.

Donnie Knight, a 25-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on February 7 for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No other priors were found in an online search.

Five individuals were arrested February 8 for various possession charges.

•Chancellor Goodman, an 18-year-old male from Healdton was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication, Minor in Possession of Alcohol, and Minor in Possession of Tobacco. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

•Joseph Phillips, a 27-year-old male from Boswell was arrested for Possession of CDS, Reckless Driving, and Operating an Unsafe Vehicle. An online search showed priors for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Transporting a Loaded Firearm.

•Rodigro Salas, a 27-yearold male from Weatherford, Texas was arrested for Possession of CDS. No priors were found in an online search.

• Austin Williams, a 20-year-old male from Healdton was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol, Minor in Possession of Tobacco, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Transporting an Open Container, and DWI. He is currently facing Embezzlement, DUI, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident charges.

• Jacob Wright, a 19-yearold male from Healdton was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol, Minor in Possession of Tobacco, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Driving: Archie Bumpass, an 18-year-old from Kingston was arrested on February 3 for No Driver’s License, No Insurance and Failure to Pay Taxes. No priors were found in an online search.

Mitchelle Alexander, a 29-year-old male from Tishomingo was arrested on February 6 for Driving Under Suspension. An online search found prior convictions for Minor in Possession, Physical Control of a Vehicle while Intoxicated, Escape from Arrest or Detention, TOC, Malicious Injury to Property, Breach of Peace, Obstruction and multiple Public Intoxications.

Ricky James, an 18-yearold male from Madill was also arrested on February 6 for No Driver’s License and Speeding. An online search came up negative for priors.

Carl Nelson, a 53-year-old male from Madill was arrested on February 8 for Driving Under Suspension, and Expired Tags. An online search found priors for Distribution of CDS, Conspiracy to Deliver CDS, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Trent Regan, a 25-year-old male from Stephenville, Texas was arrested on February 8 for DUI and Speeding. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Miscellaneous: Brandon Harris, a 20-year-old male from Madill was arrested on February 3 for Public Intoxication. An online search came up empty for priors.
