Daycare Chatter: Preparing for the holidays

Infants:

The infant class this week had started decorating in preparation for Thanksgiving. We have made “Sweet pumpkin pies” to hang up in the classroom. Our book for this week was “The very best pumpkin”!

Rompers:

In the romper class this week, our kids had a wonderful time at creating turkey handprint art! They dippedtheirhandsinvibrant, autumncolorsandpressthem onto the paper to form turkey feathers. The room was filled withlaughterandexcitement as they proudly displayed their masterpieces. The turkey handprints not only Showcase, their creativity, butalsomadeforafestiveand memorable fall decoration.

Toddlers:

The toddlers had an awesome week. The weather is nice enough for us to go out and play. Our lesson this weekwasallabouttrainsand planes. We love trains! We count to 10 and say our ABC’s every day. Thanksgiving will be here soon and we have something special to give! How exciting! Next week we will be looking at boats. We will also be practicing for our Christmas program. See you soon!

Pre-School 2: Hi and welcome to preschool 2 this week we have been working on Thanksgiving art for you to keep as a keepsake.Wehavewelcomed several new children into our classroom and would like to say thank you to our new parents for allow us to take of your children. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Ext. Care:

Our kiddos enjoyed making Thanksgiving crafts and saying what they were thankful for. They also enjoyed outside when it was sunny and nice.

Schoolmates:

Thisweekwehaveenjoyed the beautiful weather doing outside activities, art activities, and chalk art on the side walks. We are also preparing for our Christmas Program.
