Jacarra Winchester, WorldChamp,Olympian,and Internationally-acclaimed medalist in Women’s Freestyle Wrestling will be working with girls and young women in Creekview High School’s Wrestling Room on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Her focus will be on teaching the best wrestling and mindset techniques, so that girls will have more opportunities open to them both on and off the mat.
Winchester’s passion for growing the sport of girls’ and women’s wrestling is highly praised and recognized within the discipline. Her thoroughequippingoftoday’s female wrestlers is renowned given how seriously she values performance practice and how generously she pours into her clinics.
Winchester’s meteoric rise has floored wrestling fans over the last decade. Most notingherundeniablenatural talent for the sport, but more importantly noting how Winchester simply outworks anyone and everyone in any wrestling room. She strives to teach that same work ethic to the young girls and women in her clinics.
Currently, Winchester is riding a massive win-streak. A summary of those wins includes:
• Winner 59kg at the 2025 Final X, securing her spot on her 3rd USA World Team to compete for Team USA at Worlds in Zagreb, Croatia in September.

•WCWANationalChamp - MO Valley College Winchester will be assisted on the mats by HC of WarHammer Wrestling Club, Peter Hammer. Both are thrilled to work with all of Southern Oklahoma and North Texas’ female wrestlers, who are often overlooked for wrestlers in the bigger cities of Northern Oklahoma.
Hammer, too, has been riding a wave of wins, but his most recent was winning the bronze medal at the prestigious Gran Prix of Spain this past July.
Wrestlers who want to work with Jacarra Winchester must register quickly, as space is limited and registration is filling up quickly.
Hammer said having Winchester to run the clinic is a huge win for girl wrestlers.
“To have Jacarra Winchester join us is huge for Southern Oklahoma’s female wrestlers,” Hammer said. “Our aim has always been to create as many opportunities as possible for all wrestlers. Creating more opportunities through wrestling for girls and young women is something that has been paid lip-service in our area with little results”.
“With our focus on the international wrestling community, working with wrestlers like Jacarra and previously RBY, the club wants to make those opportunities happen not just in Folkstyle, but also freestyleandgreco,”Hammer continued. “Jacarra is about to rock some wrestlers’ and parents’ worlds with the level of technical expertise she has that can make their girls absolutely unstoppable on and off the mat.”
