Madill boys placed fifth in the team standings to highlight action in the Annual Brandon Jacks Memorial Track Invitational last Friday.
The Wildcats tallied 60 to finish just one point back of Sulphur in the standings. Plainview took first with Tuttle second and Durant third.
Aroddy Camacho, Justin Smith, Jaxon Diaz and Ryder Douglas combined for a 1,600-meter relay championship in the event by clocking in with a time of 3 minutes, 33.93 seconds.
Madill added a runner-up finish in the 800 relay as the grouping of Smith, Dayden Ramos, Diaz and Camacho posted a mark of 1:34.17. That same unit was fifth in the sprint relay (400 meters) with a time of 45.33 seconds.
Douglas tossed in a second place time of 2:02.76 in the 800 meters and was also fifth in the 400 at 54.65 seconds. Camacho ended third in the 200meterswitha23.71while Diaz was close behind in fifth at 23.95.
Isabell Stuckey was the top Lady Wildcat finisher, taking fourth in the 300 hurdles in 51.92 seconds. Yadira Barbosa added a pair of sixth place efforts in the 1600 meters (5:51.07) and 3,200 meters (12:36.72).
The Madill girls 800 relay foursome of Tillie Chapa, Joshlynn Clayburn, Idabell and Hadon Stuckey added a sixth place at 1:52.26.
