The Madill Takedown Club continued its impressive season with a strong performance at the OK USA Wrestling Southwest Regional Tournament held at Norman High School.
The club took 28 wrestlers to compete in the regional event and came home with 23 placers, marking another outstanding achievement for the program. The tournament, hosted by USA Wrestling (Oklahoma Southwest Region), brought together some of the top young wrestlers from across the area.
It has been a fantastic year for Madill Takedown wrestlers, who have had placers at every tournament they have attended this season. Theteam’sconsistentsuccess reflects the dedication, discipline, and hard work shown by each athlete throughout the year.
“Our wrestlers have put in the time and effort in the practice room, and it showed on the mat,” said a club representative. “We’re extremely proud of how they competed and represented our community.”
