The Kingston Lady Redskins rode four Top 20 individual finishes to team runner-up honors in the Annual Madill Cat Run cross country event held Saturday morning.
Junior Daisy Avery paced the Kingston attack in sixth place medalist finish, covering the 3,200-meter course in 12 minutes, 59.32 seconds.
Freshman Layla Thompson added a terrific performance with 14th at 13:39.46, Avery Ludrick was just behind in 16th with a time of 13:51.46 and Addie Cole checked in 19th in 13:58.
Adding to the Lady Redskin effort was Olivia McAlister in 22nd with time of 14:19.62, Rylee Davis in 27th place in 14:39.54 and Kizzie Wood notching a 44th place mark of 15:52.12.
A handful of Kingston boys competed in the event aswellwithLoganThompson notching the top Redskin time on the boys’ 5,000-meter course as he finished 26th in 19:35.16.
EvrettEasonposteda30th place showing of 19:46.28, Lander Burkhalter was 33rd in 20:00.09 and Cash Wilson tossed in a time of 20.17.22 for 39th place. Chet Nix was 63rd at 21:54.21, Ayden Esparza posted a 99th place mark of 28:01.16 and Andrew Cantrell was 100th in 28:08.34.
