Kingston athletes get honorable mentions

Kingston High School baseball players Brady Brister and Grant Holmes were voted honorable mentions on the Oklahoman’s 2022 All-State high school baseball team. The Oklahoman compiles a list every spring for All-State and All-City spring sports. This includes baseball, golf, soccer, slowpitch softball, tennis and track.

Brister and Holmes helped lead Kingston to state champion runner-up for the 2022 baseball season.

They also were named in the Oklahoma Baseball Association All-State game along with Head Coach Darren Henson. Brister played as an outfielder, while Holmes was a pitcher. These athletes both graduated this year, leaving their legacy for Kingston’s historical baseball season.
