Andie Wallace

As a dedicated senior at Madill High School, Andie Wallace has made her mark in various activities, including wrestling, powerlifting, speech, theater and FFA. Having spent the last three years at Madill, Wallace has embracedthecommunityand built lasting relationships that will carry her into the future.

She said family plays a pivotal role in her life. She expressed heartfelt gratitude toward her parents, Nick and Andrea, whom she describes as the best people in the world, and she shares a deep affection for her grandparents, Rhonda and Andy Butler, and Tony and Shelley Wallace. Their unwavering support has been a source of strengththroughoutherhigh school journey.

Wallace’s time at Madill has been filled with memorable moments, particularly during theater productions where she fondly recalled the spontaneous “hot mic” incidents that brought laughter and joy to her peers. In wrestling, her favorite memories revolve around warm-ups and the camaraderie shared with teammates, creating a supportive and fun environment on and off the mat.

Looking toward the future, Wallace said she plans to attend the University of Oklahoma, where she will major in geoscience.

In reflecting on her high school experience, she wanted to thank her coaches, Coach Pettigrew and Coach Hammer, for their unwavering support throughout the wrestling season. Additionally, she acknowledged her Uncle Mark as a significant influence in her wrestling journey and credited her dad as her biggest inspiration.
