Jerry Byaron Lollis, 84, of Kingston, Okla., passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. He was born on November 7, 1939, in Madill, Okla., as the cherished son of the late Olden Byaron “O.B.” Lollis and Ruth Raley Lollis. He spent his formative years in the close-knit Shay Community and proudly graduated from Kingston High School in 1957.

On June 4, 1960, Jerry married the love of his life, Helen Lorene Holland, in Carlsbad, NM. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with love and laughter. Jerry’s industrious spirit led him to work in construction in Oklahoma City and at Comet Feed Mills before he fulfilled his dreams by founding and operating Red River Grain in Kingston since 1976.

A man of deep faith, Jerry was a dedicated member of the Cross Roads Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon. His devotion to his community and church was evident in his actions and his heart.

Jerry’s passions extended beyond his work and faith. He had a great love for cattle ranching, a keen eye for antiquing, and cherished moments spent with family and friends.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jarrod Lollis; brother, Othel Lollis; sister, Jane Morgan; nephews, Vaden Lollis and Vanyce Lollis; niece, Teresa Lollis.

Jerry is survived by his beloved wife, Helen Lollis of Kingston, Okla; devoted son, Craig Lollis and wife Jan of Kingston, Okla.; treasured grandchildren, Jennifer Martens and husband Bradley of Madill, Okla., and Jeri “Jady”LollisFewandhusbandAdamofKingston;precious great-grandchildren, Audrey Martens, Wyatt Martens, Ellie Few and Alex Few.

Jerry’s legacy of love, hard work, and dedication will continue to inspire those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his family, friends, and the entire community.

Visitation was held Friday, June 28, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Watts Funeral Home in Madill, Okla. Funeral service was at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the Kingston Cemetery in Kingston, Okla. It was officiated by Kevin Meridth and Richard Dickson.
