Assault: Mallory Miller, a 22-year-old female from Bennington was arrested on January 29 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Fugitive from Justice, Disturbing the Peace, Obstructing an Executive Officer and Public Intoxication charges. An online search found priors for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Eluding/Attempting to Elude, and DUI.
Possession: Rudy Leija, a 41-year-old male from Madill was arrested on January 29 for Possession of CDS, Child Support and Driving Under Suspension. Priors for DUS, Obstruction an Executive Officer, Resisting, Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, Obtaining a Thing of Value with a Bogus Check, and DUI. He is also facing charges for Child Neglect, Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence, Public Intoxication, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, DUI, Possession of CDS without a Prescription, and Transporting an Open Container.
Shelley Davis, a 36-year-old male from Austin, Texas was arrested on January 31 for Possession of CDS and DUI. An online search found no Oklahoma priors however, it found several priors in Texas. He is also facing multiple charges in Texas.

Farid Martinez Flores, a 26-year-old male from Madill was arrested on January 29 for DUI. An online search found prior convictions for Public Intoxication and Resisting an Executive Officer.
Maleek Morris, a 24-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on January 29 for DUI. On online search only came up with a few traffic infractions.
Jason Howard, a 21-yearold male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a ten-day sentence for DUI, Transporting an Open Container – Liquor, and Reckless Driving. A few tickets were found in an online search.
Juan Hernandez-Marquez, a 78-year-old male from Madill was arrested on January 30 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Affixing an Improper Plate, and No Driver’s License charges. No priors were found in an online search.
Nathan Willoughby, a 39-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on January 31 for Driving Under Suspension and Transporting an Open Container. Priors for Breaking and Entering without Permission, Distributing CDS and Driving Under Suspension were found in an online search.
Miscellaneous: Amber Fonseca, a 30-year-old female from Dallas, Texas was arrested on January 27 for Public Intoxication. No priors were found in an online search.
Jeffrey George, a 41-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on January 29 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Child Support. His priors show as Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
