POLICE BLOTTER: Assault, possession and other crimes

Assault: On September 10, Colten Ledford, a 23-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery First Offense. An online search shows only one misdemeanor Possession of Paraphernalia prior.

Rigoberto Convento, a 41-year-old male from Madill was arrested on September 14 for Failure to Pay on a Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery conviction from 2014. The suspect added a Public Intoxication charge during the arrest.

Possession: On September 9, Tanner Alred, a 22-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found now Oklahoma priors.

The following suspects were arrested on September 11 for various Possession charges.

• Joshua Brewer, a 35-yearold male from Leonard, Texas was arrested for Failure to Pay on a Possession of Drug Paraphernalia from 2016. An online search showed a few traffic infractions in Oklahoma. However, Fannin County has the suspect listed with Felony Possession of CS PG 1 More than One Gram in a Drug Free Zone. He also has a few various possession misdemeanors.

• Kenzie Crowley, a 23-yearold female from Tishomingo was arrested for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Possession of CDS and Escape from Arrest for Detention, both misdemeanors. Crowley also has a felony conviction for Possession of Contraband in a Jail, and various Possession misdemeanors.

• Brandon Fines, a 33-yearold male from Ardmore was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin his six month sentence for Possession of CDS — Methamphetamines — With the Intent to Distribute.

• Dalton Johnson, a 28-yearold male from Ada was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. Johnson is currently facing a felony charge of Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery by Strangulation out of Pontotoc County. He also has a misdemeanor Domestic Assault/ Assault and Battery and a DUI.

• Summer Norman, a 30-year-old female from Tulsa was arrested for Failure to Pay for a felony Possession of CDS, and a misdemeanor of the same conviction. Norman pled guilty in 2014, and a Failure to Pay bench warrant was exacted in 2015. She was sentenced to three years, deferred. Norman shows no other Oklahoma priors.

• Nisa Robertson, a 22-yearold female from Kingston was arrested for a Failure to Appear and Answer to a Possession of CDS With the Intent to Distribute. An online search showed not other priors for Oklahoma.

• Casey Roth, a 40-year-old from Kingston was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Roth has no Oklahoma priors.

• Ricky Wright, a 50-yearold male from Durant was arrested for Possession of CDS. An online search shows Wright has priors from Bryan County; Grand Larceny, Possession of Burglary Tools, possession of CDS — Methamphetamines, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On September 13, the following suspects were arrested for Possession charges.

• Daniel Baker, a 31-year-old male from Gainesville, Texas was arrested for Possession of CDS, Trespassing, and Obtaining Property using a False Receipt. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

• Stephanie Glenn, a 38-yearold from Gordonville, Texas was booked into the jail to begin a 60 day sentence for a misdemeanor Possession CDS conviction. An online search came up empty for priors in Oklahoma.

• David Prater, a 34-yearold male from Marietta was arrested to begin a 90 sentence for a conviction from 2011. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

• Steven McCartney, a 33-year-old from Calera was arrested for Possession of CDS, with no visible priors.

Also, on September 14, Ethan Crabtree — a 19-year-old male from Silo was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Insurance and an Altered License Plate.

• Nallely Carranza Garcia, a 32-year-old female from Grand Prairie, Texas was arrested on September 15 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Transporting an Open Alcohol Container, and Inhaling Toxins in a Public Place. An online search for Oklahoma priors brought no results.

The following suspects were arrested for Possession charges on September 16.

• Robert Glenn, a 27-year-old male from Madill was booked into the jail to begin a 60 day sentence for a misdemeanor Possession of CDS conviction. Glenn showed no priors.

• Kingston officers arrested Bobby Howard, a 27-year-old male from Kingston for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search showed Howard has one prior misdemeanor conviction for a DUI.

• Christy Smith, a 37-yearold female from Gene Autry was arrested by Kingston officers for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Adulterants to be Used to Defraud a Urine Test. An online search came up empty for Oklahoma priors.

Theft/Larceny/Trespassing: Bobby Williams, a 40-yearold male from Mannsville was booked into Marshall County Jail on a Writ of Habeas Corpus. The suspect pled guilty to two charges of Concealing Stolen Property. An online search found multiple felony charges for Williams. A felony Possession of CDS from Marshall County, and Possession of CDS — Methamphetamines, Trafficking After a Felony Conviction in Jefferson County, Williams also has Possession of a Stolen Vehicle from Love County, and Second Degree Burglary, two convictions of Possession of CDS — Methamphetamines, and a Conspiracy to Manufacture Meth.

On September 12, Shayne Hannan, a 32-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Petit Larceny. An online search shows Hannan was charged and pled on the same day but does not bring up any Oklahoma priors.

The following suspects were arrested on September 13 for various charges.

• Tammy Gillis, a 55-year-old female from Madill was arrested for Petit Larceny. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

• Rodney Crowley, a 51-yearold male from Madill was arrested for Trespassing, Crowley’s background does not show anything listed in Oklahoma.

• Amy Langston, a 49-yearold female from Kingston was arrested for Trespassing, and she shows no Oklahoma priors.

• Dustin Tackett, a 37-yearold male from Kingston was arrested for Petit Larceny. An online search showed a few minor traffic infractions for Tackett.

Driving: On September 9, the following suspects were arrested for various driving infractions.

• Sam Ahtone, a 27-year-old from Madill was arrested for a warrant out of Garvin County for a Felony DUI, along with a misdemeanor for the same. Ahtone is also facing a felony Possession of CDS from McClain County,

• Sean Benjamin, a 47-yearold male from Atoka was arrested for a DUI and Impeding Traffic. An online search shows Benjamin has convictions out of Atoka County. Felony Possession of Marijuana, Second and Subsequent, and Feloniously Pointing a Firearm. The search also showed various misdemeanors for Domestic Assault and Violating a Protective Order.

• James Brown, a 37-year-old male from Paragould, Arkansas was arrested for DUI, No Drivers License and a Defective Vehicle.

• Alfredo Carranza, a 41-yearold male from El Paso, Texas was arrested for a DUI, No Drivers License and a Defective Vehicle. No Oklahoma priors were found.

• Kingston officers arrested Robert Tilson, a 52-year-old male from Oklahoma City for Failure to Pay on a Driving Under the Influence and Driving Under a Suspension. An online search shows Tilson has two felony DUIs from Marshall County and one felony DUI from McClain County.

Lindsey Edwards, a 33-yearold female from Oklahoma City was arrested on September 11 for Driving Under a Suspension and Speeding. No Oklahoma priors were found.

Also, on September 11, Madill officers arrested Gregory Reese, a 26-year-old male from Kingston for No Registration. Records show Reese also has a Failure to Appear bench warrant for a No Drivers License ticket from McClain County. He also has a prior felony conviction in Marshall County for Possession of CDS — Methamphetamines.

September 12 saw two people arrested for driving charges. Tyler Blevins, a 25-year-old from McKinney, Texas was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 10 day sentence for a misdemeanor DUI. No priors were found.

Also, Alexa Hunnicutt, an 18-year-old female from Durant was arrested for a Failure to Pay on a Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign Ticket. She is also facing a felonious charge of Larceny of an Automobile from Bryan County.

Madill officers arrested Paula Smith, a 37-year-old female from Ravia on September 13 for a Failure to Pay on a conviction of Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Damage, No Drivers License, and Failure to Obey Traffic Signs. An online search showed Smith has a felony Possession of CDS — Meth, and a misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana, both from Bryan County.

Kayla Wyatt, a 24-year-old from Hendrix was also arrested on September 13 to begin a four month sentence for Aggravated DUI stemming from 2018. She is also facing felony charges for DUI Second and Subsequent, Driving Under Suspension, and Driving Without Mandatory Interlock Device from Bryan County.

Billy Vanhorn, a 38-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested on September 14 for Driving Under Suspension and Speeding. An online search found Vanhorn has various misdemeanor Possession priors.

On September 15, Alexis Goodman, a 22-year-old female from Madill was booked into the jail to begin her 30 day sentence — 15 weekends — for Physical Control of a Vehicle While Intoxicated After a Formal Felony DUI Conviction. An online search found a misdemeanor DUI in Oklahoma.

Miscellaneous: Roy Riley, a 33-year-old male from Antlers was arrested for Failure to Appear and answer a felony Bail Jumping Charge. An online search showed Riley has a misdemeanor DWI, Speeding and No Seatbelt.

Eddie Smith, a 51-year-old male from Valliant was arrested for Failure to Pay on two felonies; Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor, and Child Abuse. Online records show Smith has a few priors; Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Child Endangerment, Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS without a Prescription, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Carl Nelson, a 52-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Obstructing an Investigation and Resisting an Officer. An online records search showed Nelson has multiple convictions in Marshall County. He has six felonies; Failure to Pay Child Support, Distribution of CDS, Conspiracy to Deliver CDS, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery, and Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. Some of his misdemeanors include two charges of Resisting Arrest, and three Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery charges.
