Three arrested during raid

Three Marshall County residents are facing charges after serving a warrant. On September 30, 2026, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Madill Police Department and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, went to a residence in Oakland to serve an arrest warrant after concluding an investigation.

Officers arrived at the residence at approximately 6:30 a.m., and Najee Cantero answered the door. Cantero wasquicklytakenintocustody without incident. Three other individuals were secured at the scene. There were children in the residence, as well, and they were cared for by officers until family members arrived.

Cantero,a34-year-oldfrom Madill was charged for Child Neglect and Maintaining a Dwelling for Keeping and Selling CDS. The arrest warrant was for Distribution of CDS.

Kady Conway, a 27-yearold from Madill is also facing charges for Child Neglect, Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Rodger Polster was arrested from a $100 cash warrant out of Marshall County. MC Sheriff Donald Yow said that some items were sent to the OBN for testing and more charges could be filed after they receive the results of the test.
